"we bought a sectional from them paid in full they said we don't have that in store but we can order it and it will be here the 31st so we agreed taking their word for it and the 31st came and gone with no contact from them and they do not answer or return our calls so l go up there not once but 3 times once per week I am polite and try to be understanding but then they tell us it will be the 29 th of this month. we wanted to cancel because they just keep giving us the run around and they say there is nothing they can do they won't put us in contact with the manager because the manager talks to them and they relay what is said to us. We understand that things happen and that things may not show up when the expected it, however the do not even have the respect or decency or courtesy to pick up a phone and call us instead they don't answer or return calls so we have to make time, and the gas to go to the store, to get lied to once again. Update; well I changed the stars I gave because 1 man has so far kept his word since my husband spoke with him (again we had to go there) and he read this review! He has called when he said he would and as of now the furniture is supposed to be here Thursday so I will update again after that.Update we received the furniture Thursday as we were told we would. We heard from sunshine furniture more in the past week since I wrote this review then we did during the entire time we were dealing with them. Now that we got this ordeal behind us we will NOT be shopping there again! It is not an experience that I want to ever have again. "The owner told my mom the price for a box springs was $136, then at the register they tried to charge her $198. They also gave her the wrong size box springs. It was off by 6 inches! "I needed to purchase a new couch, and spoke with Joe. Joe was fantastic and answered all of my questions. I knew they had a specific couch that I wanted and they had it in stock. The checkout process was great and they clearly communicated everything. The time window was on a Thursday from 11-3, and they arrived at 11:30 and were incredibly nice. They assembled the couch and then tested it to make sure that it was clean, without any stain or tear and functioned correctly. They were very thorough and were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them!"
"I despise furniture shopping because it is almost like buying a new car... you walk into the store and people usually follow you like a hawk and try to up sell things. However, this wasn't the case when i walked in here.I was greeted yet not followed. Upon browsing in the store i found a sectional that i absolutely adored. I wish so badly it would have fit in my space but there was no possibly way for it length wise. I was shocked upon coming in here because i always thought they had furniture geared towards an older generation of people. I was pleasantly surprised. They carried everything from sofas, coffee tables, beds, chests, buffets, etc you name it. They do offer delivery to OKC metro for $90 i believe. It is locally owned which is also a huge plus for me. I'd much rather give my money locally than a large chain company. If you're shopping for furniture just stop by here you might be surprised. Vivid helped me with price quotes measurements etc. The only reason i didn't purchase here was due to the measurement of the two i was looking at. Bassett had more of what i was wanting. I will absolutely come back here when it's time to shop for beds or anything else. The friendliness of the employees was exceptional and you definitely got one on one help without having the harassment of buying."
"From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. So often you walk into a furniture store and you feel crowded by the associates. Not at Galleria Furniture! We spent a good 20 minutes in the entrance sitting on one sectional before we were approached - and it was at exactly the right time.We had the opportunity to work with Paul and let me tell you, it was an absolute joy working with Paul. He listened to everything we wanted, answered every question we had, and included both my husband and I in all conversations. We never felt pressured to buy and he shared honest opinions about certain pieces we were interested in.At the end of our time, we purchased a sectional and chose to have their guys set everything up for us. The customer service did not stop at the store. The gentlemen who set up our sectional were friendly and efficient. They were exactly on time at the beginning of the delivery window (what!?)! The price of the sectional + the delivery + set-up + warranty was all very reasonable. We are so pleased with our experience from start to finish."

Amy BrownDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I purchased $3000 worth of furniture and half of if was delivered damaged. The delivery guys are not professional! They scratched my flooring by dragging my old furniture across it. After dealing with that i then noticed that my chair had a huge rip in the arm of it. When you go to sit on it, either the springs or wood is already making a worn out noise and is already sinking in the middle as if it had been used for years... After calling everyday to get no response, I then had to drive an hour away just to go into the store in hopes to speak with management. After doing this multiple times within now going on three weeks, on top of calls that were never answered or returned. I'm now told that they don't have management in the building at all. Finally an employee TEXT some kind of management to only get a reply back that they will order the parts to fix what was supposed to had been a brand new thousand dollar chair.(That still hasn't been resolved). I have spent thousands of dollars with this company throughout the years. And I can honestly say this place has become an absolute dump. What kind of company runs a business with no management in the building to be able to know whats going on and to help with situations like this. The only way employees can get ahold of them is to text them. Nobody knows anything that's going on around there. All they do is walk around in circles and blow smoke up your ass. I also have pics to prove it all.. So buyer beware!! My attorney will be in contact with this company.

This is a story of "trust your gut".Went into their store, talked to their salesperson who seemed really untrustworthy. But still decided to go with the mattress he recommended.Had the mattress delivered, when I looked at the mattress closely, it had weird stains on it. Upon further inspection, discovered bedbugs IN THE MATTRESS! Tried to get the mattress returned but they refused. Bringing them to small claims court.STAY AWAY!

Had issue after issue with a recliner I had purchased- had the best warranty- took months- almost a year to be exact to get the issue resolved and it wasn't resolved to say the least come to find out. A $1200 recliner- I was given a $386 store credit for AND they kept the recliner so I was out $900 approx. Now I sit with a store credit to use for poorly made furniture. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

"I knew what I wanted walking in a nice sturdy bookcase! As I entered I was greeted and left to browse. as I looked through out the clearance items, cause yes, I'm looking for a deal. I found a bookcase (right size and color) and knew it was it. I noticed a young man walking around with a pad, he appeared to be marking items down, I approached him and asked about the bookcase and he took $100 bucks off on the spot! It's my lucky day, I got what I wanted and made room in clearance for more great merchandise!"

Most of the furniture stores that had them offered low quality beds. Our search led us to Murphy Wallbed USA. The staff there was helpful, listened to our needs, offered solution options that included a desk attached to the wall bed. Yes, they were more expensive than the big box stores but the quality was far superior. These beds are custom built and on-site assembled craftsman quality wall beds. The cost for one depends on the design and add-on options. From order to assembly took 2 weeks so plan ahead. This small Tulsa business is professional from start to finish. If you need a small bedroom redesigned for multifunction this is the go-to place for a quality bed."

They carry all prices and variety of products. We originally had ordered a couch that 6 weeks to receive! It was delivered and for two weeks we didn't like it. "I ordered a bed for 3k plus because my spouse had back surgery, I was GUARENTEED delivery on Dec 19 if I purchased the bed on Dec 5, She (Sarah) even called me to make sure that we were going to get the bed. On the 19/12 I did not hear a word from these people. When I called I was given the run around on line because one one could talk to me on line. Then I was told that there was no such order but I had already gotten my credit bill. When the order was found he told me that it was never sent to the factory so I cannot get delivery for 3-4 weeks from the 19th. I asked to cancel the order they said he could not help me with anything but putting a request to speak to someone in 24 to 49 hours.THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!"
