"we bought a sectional from them paid in full they said we don't have that in store but we can order it and it will be here the 31st so we agreed taking their word for it and the 31st came and gone with no contact from them and they do not answer or return our calls so l go up there not once but 3 times once per week I am polite and try to be understanding but then they tell us it will be the 29 th of this month. we wanted to cancel because they just keep giving us the run around and they say there is nothing they can do they won't put us in contact with the manager because the manager talks to them and they relay what is said to us. DONT DO IT!! Go somewhere else with integrity and decency, because there is none to be found at sunshine furniture in Tulsa! oh you can get it for the same price anywhere else and not have the headache that you get here! We understand that things happen and that things may not show up when the expected it, however the do not even have the respect or decency or courtesy to pick up a phone and call us instead they don't answer or return calls so we have to make time, and the gas to go to the store, to get lied to once again. Update; well I changed the stars I gave because 1 man has so far kept his word since my husband spoke with him (again we had to go there) and he read this review! He has called when he said he would and as of now the furniture is supposed to be here Thursday so I will update again after that.Update we received the furniture Thursday as we were told we would. We heard from sunshine furniture more in the past week since I wrote this review then we did during the entire time we were dealing with them. Now that we got this ordeal behind us we will NOT be shopping there again! It is not an experience that I want to ever have again. So let me tell you if you decide after reading this that you are going to disregard my warning, make sure what you buy is in stock at the moment you buy it because the costumer service is nonexistent and I have no doubt that this is not the 1st time they had disregarded a customer, with no repercussions nor will it be the last!"

"I had an absolutely excellent experience all around with H3 and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It's hard to find modern furniture that's affordable in Tusla, but we were able to some nice pieces that fit our style after shopping around at probably a dozen places and leaving empty handed and scouring the internet.I have visited the large showroom several times and enjoyed chatting with the owner who never put any pressure on us at all to buy like a lot of furniture stores do. When we finally decided on a sofa and love seat, he personally delivered them the next day. Even if you're not a fan of modern furniture, it's worth checking out because they have a selection of everything from $200 futons, to more traditional styles, to really high quality modern leather couches. We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!"

"Well I really wanted to love it but I just didn't. I was hoping to find some great things at a fairly deep discount. Specifically, I was looking for a big rug to put in the playroom to help the baby when she falls as she's learning to walk. I was happy to see a big stack of rugs. But upon further inspection, the rugs were not good quality. And, they were still really expensive for what they were.Moving on to the furniture, I didn't find anything that I would want to buy, even if my plan were to repaint or refurbish. I'm sure that varies on the daily but when I was in there it was slim pickings. I can't speak to the builder supplies like tile, flooring, etc,. since I know nothing about that world. And, I'm not totally familiar with how it all works in terms of giving money back to Habitat, which may normally mean I would give an extra star, but if I'm just thinking about wether or not I would ever come back in again, I don't think I would. One thing I thought of is it's probably nice for the people who live right here to have a quick place they can stop into for things like duct tape and small tools and hardware and stuff like that, since if you live in Mesta there's not a very convenient Home Depot or anything, but I also noted that their hours are fairly weird, so I'm not sure how often that would work out; how likely is it that they are open when you need them?"

The checkout process was great and they clearly communicated everything. The time window was on a Thursday from 11-3, and they arrived at 11:30 and were incredibly nice. They assembled the couch and then tested it to make sure that it was clean, without any stain or tear and functioned correctly. They were very thorough and were awesome to work with. "I despise furniture shopping because it is almost like buying a new car... you walk into the store and people usually follow you like a hawk and try to up sell things. However, this wasn't the case when i walked in here.I was greeted yet not followed. Upon browsing in the store i found a sectional that i absolutely adored. I wish so badly it would have fit in my space but there was no possibly way for it length wise. I was shocked upon coming in here because i always thought they had furniture geared towards an older generation of people. I was pleasantly surprised. They carried everything from sofas, coffee tables, beds, chests, buffets, etc you name it. They do offer delivery to OKC metro for $90 i believe. It is locally owned which is also a huge plus for me. I'd much rather give my money locally than a large chain company. If you're shopping for furniture just stop by here you might be surprised. Vivid helped me with price quotes measurements etc. The only reason i didn't purchase here was due to the measurement of the two i was looking at. Bassett had more of what i was wanting. I will absolutely come back here when it's time to shop for beds or anything else. The friendliness of the employees was exceptional and you definitely got one on one help without having the harassment of buying."

We spent a good 20 minutes in the entrance sitting on one sectional before we were approached - and it was at exactly the right time.We had the opportunity to work with Paul and let me tell you, it was an absolute joy working with Paul. He listened to everything we wanted, answered every question we had, and included both my husband and I in all conversations. We never felt pressured to buy and he shared honest opinions about certain pieces we were interested in.At the end of our time, we purchased a sectional and chose to have their guys set everything up for us. The customer service did not stop at the store. The gentlemen who set up our sectional were friendly and efficient. They were exactly on time at the beginning of the delivery window (what!?)! The price of the sectional + the delivery + set-up + warranty was all very reasonable. We are so pleased with our experience from start to finish."

The owner greeted us and introduced himself as soon as we entered and told us about his business. The handmade furniture is remarkable. Table tops are made from reclaimed wood, everything from old boxcars to old trailers to timbers. The trestles they set on are almost as amazing. True works of art! They offer custom designing, too.They scour the area for unique pieces and there are some amazing doors here as well. Stop in (even if your not in the market for new furniture)!"

Yes, they were more expensive than the big box stores but the quality was far superior. These beds are custom built and on-site assembled craftsman quality wall beds. The cost for one depends on the design and add-on options. From order to assembly took 2 weeks so plan ahead. This small Tulsa business is professional from start to finish. If you need a small bedroom redesigned for multifunction this is the go-to place for a quality bed."

"This is, for better or worse, a consignment furniture store in Edmond. Depending on which side of 150th/33rd st you are coming down you may or may not have to make a u turn (or two as it's really easy to miss this place from the street) to get in. No biggie really, and it's got it's own uncomplicated parking lot, which can easily feet a truck in to load/unload.This is a smaller store, and if you are buying they have a focus on quality mid range items. While inventory is constantly coming and going, on my visit they had a strong focus on home decor/furnishings. Don't get me wrong there was furniture you'd need no lie-tables, chests of drawers, etc. but for every one furniture item there were two or three throw rugs, lamps, prints, and whatnot. Due to the natural ebb and flow of things that might not always be the case, but I'd still say this is worth browsing if you are out and about.If you are selling it's roughly a 50/50 split, and they won't quote until they see some pics in an email. If by some chance your stuff hasn't moved in four months expect a call in order to discuss options such as lowering the price or whatever. 50/50 does not seem like a great split but they'll send their own truck and workers out to pick up and you won't have creepy dudes turning up at your place all day (and in my experience, all night as well) because of your ad on craigslist. All that sounds just fine to me."
