Jeff M. "I'm of the opinion that most food trucks in OKC are not worth what they charge. Low overhead should result in lower than standard restaurant food prices. But apparently, food truck owners here feel differently than food truck owners on the (otherwise more expensive) East coast. That's certainly your prerogative, OKC food truckers. But I think you're mean and I don't like you.But that's a moot point in the case of St. Paddy's Cakes, because I don't mind paying them their asking price. For $8 (+ tax & tip), a full serving of the Poke (with one of two BBQ sauce options) is filling, hearty, delicious, and everything that you could want or hope for. The crunchy potato outside, mixed with the soft potato innards, topped with the tender pork, and smothered with the BBQ sauce is nothing short of satisfying. And they're not chintzy with the meat either, which is very much appreciated.Normally, when I frequented Bleu Garten, the process involved trying to figure out which food truck was least likely to gyp me. Now I'll be looking for St. Paddy's Cakes first, and then trying to figure out what the next best (least gyppy) option is if St. Paddy's isn't to be found."

Leah O. "Overall highly recommend if you want to try Filipino & other Asian cuisine. We ordered Pork Sigsig (F4) with garlic rice and Pork Shanghai Lumpia (A3). The lumpia was really good with a sweet dipping sauce. They poked holes in the takeout container to prevent the lumpia from getting soggy. The pork was crispy & flavorful with the garlic rice being the surprising star of the show for my husband. I think it was a family ran food truck and everyone was really helpful & friendly. We showed the lady a picture of what we saw from a different review and she quickly identified it. It was fast service & someone else came out later to check on how we liked the food. We were also given some dumplings to sample! They're located in a small court with other food trucks. Great location when the weather is nice. They have picnic tables and yard games to play while you wait."

A real plus for me. Since I need to study my Spanish a lot more. So sometimes I have a language barrier at these places. Not here. I asked her what she recommended next time? She said the chicken was popular. Also the Barbacoa was really good. Barbacoa is stewed beef. I am getting that next time."

Jackie F. "Stopped at the increasing number of food trucks near Lake Fayetteville. I went on a day when the weather was about 20 degrees (craving hot gumbo!). It would be great to eat here in the Spring or warmer weather. Lots of picnic tables all around the trucks. I call NOLA my 2nd home so I'm picky. Ordered the seafood gumbo. I'm used to more gumbo & less rice, but this was the opposite. The gumbo was tomato based rather than the dark roux I prefer. It consisted of shrimp, okra, & smoked sausage (not abundant) with French bread. The rice & shrimp were pretty mushy & the portion was small for $8.50. The staff, while super nice, appeared Asian & I find it strange that there's sushi on the Cajun Kitchen menu. Also, zizania rice, baked potato w/basic toppings & a bbq pork sandwich (?) The staff was super friendly and I hope they succeed. I can tell they put a lot of love in their food."

The crispy taco was a basic crispy taco and it was perfect. The Carne Asada had such good flavor on its own, and wasn't dry at all. My husbands birria was everything he wanted and more, and the flavor was spot on to those we've had in Mexico!"

Jocelyn C. "OKC's food scene keeps getting better and better. With delicious, flavorful food and the nicest staff roaming around in their little maroon food truck, the addition of Turkish Delight proves just that. While still pretty new to the scene, the food is GOOD. The part they are most proud of is that everything is fresh and homemade- nothing is bought frozen or from the restaurant depot- like those big rotating gyros all over town at various Mediterranean restaurants. Except for one item (pita bread for doner sandwiches), all of their other items are seasoned and made in-house from scratch, like pistachio baklava, soups, breads, and marinated meats. A couple of my favorites:- Baklava- they normally have pistachio and pecan. Normally baklava in Greek restaurants creeps me out because it tastes like a lot of places try to save money by using oils instead of butter, but you don't get that at all here. Instead of using honey for the syrup, Turkish Delight makes their own syrup from scratch for a lighter taste. - Chicken tava- CHEESY chicken stew with buttered rice and homemade bread! Definitely get this spicy. It's perfect with a little kick. - Lamahcun- Turkish pizza! I've had this in Houston before, and this is the best Turkish pizza I've ever had. Really flavorful and fresh, and trust me- just go with the parsley and onions. It's just RIGHT that way, even if you normally don't like either. These guys roam around on Tinker AFB a lot but can also be found at monthly events and Bleu Garten. Give it a shot if you are looking for something authentic and a little different. It won't disappoint!"

Fellow friends, you better get on it before people taste this bit of heaven or they will start running out of bbq to share. We got the chubby cheeks taco, a beef rib and heritage pork rib. Everything was just love. I can't explain it well enough but when you try, you'll know what I'm taking about. My absolute favorite was the Beef rib. The beef rib was melt in the mouth, succulent and perfectly seasoned. My bbq soul is complete. Their bbq sauce they have is fantastic and their other sauces are killer too! The service was fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful. It's a food truck so I'm sure they move around but this time they were located behind American Solera. I can confidently say they are the bbq masters of Tulsa. I can't believe Tulsa would have such amazing BBQ but these folks do it right.Overall, it's the best BBQ I've ever put in my mouth! They know exactly what they are doing with their meats. Jenn G. "8 out of 5 stars for pulled pork 5 out of 5 stars for potato salad10 out of 5 stars for collard greens10 out of 5 stars for customer service This is a place everyone in OKC should know about. This review is for the Double D food truck, which is opening a restaurant in October. The truck is parked at Portland Ave. and NW 17th on Fridays and Saturdays, which is where the restaurant will be. The food speaks for itself. The best pulled pork I've had anywhere in Oklahoma, and tied with the best I've had in Georgia, Tennessee, Kansas...Hands down, far and away, the best collards I've had anywhere, ever. (Please don't tell my grandfather I said that.) Seriously, the greens, I didn't even know they could be that good. Bonus that the two guys running it are super friendly, and clearly know their 'q. The food truck (an old travel camper) is nothing fancy to look at, but they have all their health and business permits right on the window, and whatever they're doing, it clearly more-than-works. My husband and I stopped here a couple weekends ago while spending the Summer in OKC. We both got the pulled pork sandwiches (special for the day), potato salad, and collards. The prices were standard and the servings were generous. I only wish we went sooner and more often. For anyone who lives in OKC, consider yourself fortunate with great food like this. For anyone who travels for food, this is a place to go. We'll definitely be back."

Jeff M. "Fried ribs sound better in theory than in execution... You expect anything deep fried to just hit all the special places on your tongue. But the texture of the fried ribs was kinda, sorta, maybe, somewhat... awful. Because rib meat is so tough to begin with, they need that long cook at low temperatures. That's why with slow-cooked ribs (if done right), the meat is tender enough that it can be pulled off the bone (with relative ease). These ribs though, they were cooked too quickly (you know, because of the frying) at too high a temperature (you know, because of the frying), and what I was trying to eat was... shoe leather. Deliciously seasoned/sauced shoe leather, but shoe leather nonetheless. I was tryin' to go at it like a literal dog, before I gave up; a lot of the meat was tough stringy bits that I ended up throwing away.Butttttt, the fries were really good. Great seasoning, but not over the top with salt. I would order the fries all by themselves, because they were that good. I would also order the catfish next time, because... fried catfish... I shoulda gone with the catfish to begin with, honestly..."

The tacos yes, magical array of flavors and the red sauce with just a hint of a bbq flavor to bring it together. The rice and beans were not a favorite but I can say they were not greasy either. The accompanying veggies seemed pretty overcooked to me but I'm sure it is a matter of personal taste. They seem to give you an enormous portion of rice underneath the food, which I could not finish, but I thought that made it a good value for people who want to really fill up on this meal. I definitely recommend the chicken katsu and my husband tried their hibachi chicken which looked and smelled great, too.Compared to other food trucks in the City Pump lot, prices and options seemed a lot better here, and I'm glad I chose Takashimura Hibachi Express over some of the others. I've had this BBQ before at a high school football game about 5 years ago and it was great. When I pulled up I was greeted warmly and the owner commented on my T-shirt (it was a screen print of 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass) we chatted while someone inside made my food. The service was quick, my brisket was chopped while I waited and all my food was hot. I don't like sauce and declined it. I got the 2 meat sandwich and it came with 1/2lb total of two meats and baked beans and bread. I am not baked bean fan. When I got home I happily ate the meat and bread and tasted the beans. They were good but again I don't like them. The next day I warmed up the rest of the brisket and mixed it with the baked beans. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! I will be eating here again and again and getting more of those beans and tender ribs and brisket."

The Dirty Curty is the original with Cincinnati Chili, Cream Cheese, and Shredded Cheese. It's definitely the one I'd recommend for a first timer. There's also the Dirty Markes (Marcus) that adds Jalapeno Relish, but to me the jalapeno relish just tasted like relish. In E Tulsa (21st and Garnett area) you will find tons of authentic trucks (sometimes every few hundred feet) and this one is now one of the top three best in town IMO. Again I use the term magical because the blend of flavors and spice are exceptionally good. Had the cabeza, asada and chorizo tacos. The green salsa to top everything is outstanding. I would take off a half star just because the chorizo was dry. Chorizo is a fairly unforgiving protein so that shouldn't be the case but I'm sure just a mistake.
