"Totally and completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this business and do not recommend them AT ALL!!I placed an order online for a basket that showed online that it could be delivered the next day to send to my daughter who was having a really bad week. I live in Virginia and she is currently in Tulsa, so the best I could do to cheer her up was to send her something, and the teapot basket would have been the perfect pick me up for her bad week!! I received a call the next morning from Alex informing me that the basket I chose could not in fact be delivered same day and would take 3-5 days. Alex and I agreed that they would do a combination fruit/chocolate basket instead and that they would go to the local market and get some different teas to add in. I wasn't completely happy with the fact that I had to completely change my order, however I definitely appreciated Alex's willingness to work with me to get another basket that my daughter would appreciate.I waited all day to hear something from my daughter that she received the basket... nothing.... I decided to call the store to see what the status was on the delivery..... I called 5 times only to receive an automated response each time and hold music and then a recording to leave a message at the tone. I sent an email through the website, and then tried to call one more time. This time, a woman answered the phone and I was put on hold - when she came back on the line, I was informed that there was apparently an accident and my daughter's basket was damaged and that they could "deliver it tomorrow". My biggest problem with this is that if there was an accident why was I not called as soon as they knew that the arrangement wasn't going to be delivered? Why did I have to call the store to find out the status?I declined having the basket delivered the next day and asked for a refund which was done. I also asked to speak with a manager or the owner only to be told that the manager had left for the day. I asked that they have the manager give me a call the next morning when they returned to the store.The following morning I waited to hear from the manager, but I never received a call. I called the store and the phone was answered by a young man who asked me to hold and then hung up on me. I called back thinking that it might have been an accident, and the phone was answered by who I believe was the same woman I had spoken to the day before, and I was again hung up on! I have YET to hear from the manager or the owner with regards to this incident.This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!"

"You try to support a small business, and you get burned....I understand flower shops are very busy around Valentine's Day, and instead of going with a Teleflora or 1800Flowers place I found this place which was near where my wife was working and placed an order on their website five days before hand for delivery two days before. You would think that would be enough time.Nope. I called them several times, and the calls kept going to their answering service (overseas based on the accents) and I'd leave yet another message requesting a delivery update.After calling back-to-back-to-back-to-back today, some nice lady answered and looked up my order. The status? "It wasn't processed." The reason? "We were very busy and we didn't get it processed"Now, I understand, you get busy. I understand you operate on thin margins (that's why I went straight to your business so you get the biggest cut possible). But, come on.... If H&R Block couldn't 'process my tax return' because tax season is busy, that would raise some flags. Why couldn't they reach out to customers in the days after Valentine's to ask if they still wanted to deliver the flowers? Maybe offer a discount or free upgrade?So, buyer beware. Maybe they are great if you go in locally, but I'd have reservations before trusting their online order fulfillment."

I initially indicated the wrong kind of address, so they thought they were delivering to a funeral home rather than a residence, but they were communicative and re-attempted delivery multiple times though the recipient was out. They went to a lot of trouble to make sure she received the flowers and that they weren't wilted in the heat. Would definitely order flowers here again!"

"My flowers were acceptable on the day they arrived but the next morning the spray roses were DEAD, some of the other flowers weren't looking so great either. I called to let them know, they quickly offered to replace them the next day which was fine, we discussed what & the color. The next day someone when they came to replace the roses they brought a different color of an inferior product, I expressed my disappointment which visibly frustrated the woman. After several other people agreed with me that the flowers were .... strange looking now, I called to inquire as to my options. I explained that I was very familiar with floral, fees & names, they informed me I was WRONG, as the owner of a local flower shop stood in front of me listening. They became very annoyed with me and asked me what my solution was, I told them I would have liked them to replace the flowers with the original spray roses, she said I had complained about them, I informed her I had complained because they died the next morning, she said they had no control over that., basically yelled at me and hung up. The owner of the flower shop show was in my office began to point out the "weak" flowers in the arrangement , which she said she would have never mentioned had she not heard the entire conversation. I am not only disappointed with the arrangement but the service as well. At some point in the conversation I mentioned that the person who sent the flowers paid $70 for the arrangement and I felt it was unfair to have the flowers dying the next day, they quickly informed me he did NOT pay $70 for the arrangement, after a little more conversation it came out that they charged his credit card for $70 total but the arrangement was not a $70 arrangement. I thought it was wrong of them to try and insinuate that he lied, he didn't know what was what, he just said send her something beautiful, not just a bouquet of roses, and agreed on a charge. Very disappointed with the customer service & quality.Michelle"

At the funeral I noticed it was not there. After the funeral I called and was told they were holding my plant to take at the same time as some other fresh arrangements, so they "probably" both went that afternoon. No confirmation, just "probably". I ran map quest and found the florist is 0.6 mi from the funeral home. It takes O.N.E. minute to drive. ?? Wow, missed this service over this."

I don't have to just go with a national service, I can find a hyper-local, small, hip florist. Even better when said local florist has an easy to use online order form that works flawlessly. Then, I was pleasantly surprised to see they don't charge a delivery fee and taxes are included, so unlike most floral order situations, I selected the $65 small arrangement and that's what I was charged - so refreshing! Being the crazed person I am, I remembered to order these flowers around midnight, and did so from the comfort of my PJs. They arrived the next day by about lunchtime, so that was also pretty baller. Finally, the flowers themselves were beautiful. Big, gorgeous blooms, with lots of higher end flowers, and the "small" arrangement did not looks small to me. "I had the pleasure of attending a workshop here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. The shop is located in Kendall Whittier with street parking nearby. The interior is cute, nicely decorated and inviting.The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful - you can tell they are passionate about floral design. It was fun learning about different ways to create and decorate a wreath. They guided us step-by-step while also encouraging us to put our own personal touch on our creations. A great way to tap into your creative side.I do wish I'd had more time to experiment and refine my design. I could have spent quite a bit more time trying out different ideas as I find it relaxing, but that's just me. "This is the cutest bookstore! I was walking at round Broken Arrow and had to check it out. The mural on their building is absolutely beautiful so I had to see what the inside looked like. Every little corner and display looks intentionally curated. It's super cute and they have a good variety of books. The shelves are nicely organized and you can easily find books. They also have super cute decor, games, coffee cups and accessories. Great place to find a gift for someone. After browsing a bit, an employee asked if I needed help with anything. She was super nice and helpful. I was curious about the fridges they have with flowers and she explained the shop is by Penelope and Lu, a floral company. I found a beautiful arrangement. They have different sizes and can personalize a bouquet just for you. The prices are very reasonable. There's an entire room meant for what I think are floral workshops. I'll definitely check out what classes they offer."

When I entered, one of the florists was on the phone dealing with a needy customer and she was being so patient and kind. The other florist (who helped me) was good but harried. She did make the simple mum plant look good. I thought it was a really eclectic shop. I didn't see a lot of fresh cut flowers here so you might have to do preorders. I wasn't that picky."
