"I recently ordered some flowers here for a colleague who was celebrating being sworn in as a US citizen. I loved that their entire ordering process was online, and that they had a comment box for special requests. I requested they add some "red white & blue" to the bouquet, and was so excited when I saw the pic: they added a mini US flag. It was perfect! They also kept me posted (via text) about when my order was delivered. And my colleague really loved her flowers. I would not hesitate to order from Tulsa Blossom Shoppe again!"
"I got this arrangement for a friend who was getting a procedure and they received it at 9am before the procedure that day. I was surprised they came so early but they were beautiful and all the flowers were fresh and none of them were dying. It wasn't as full as the picture on the website but it was still a beautiful arrangement. Would definitely order from them again!"
"This shop is super cute. There are little knick knacks, gifts, and flowers. They put together beautiful boutiques. Staff is friendly. Service is excellent and they have excellent prices. I know flowers can be very expensive. They are reasonably priced."
"I couldn't be happier with my flowers and my experience here. I am extremely picky about flowers. When I "deferred" to them for the arrangement, but continued to give suggestions... they were very kind and patient. The arrangement was for Thanksgiving and exactly what I wanted. Very natural and harvesty, but still elegant. Who knew that was possible!? In a vase that looked like a nest. It was perfect for the occasion. Thank you so much!"

Such a cute shop and the flowers I picked up were beautiful. There's a few green plants available as well, but the flowers! The place is decorated with some cute antiques and the cutest blossom dog ever! This is conveniently located off of 41st. The next time I need flowers, I will remember them. Very friendly. And, did I mention the flowers?

Perfect- called at noon asking for same day delivery, and it was received about 2 hours later. Amazing, they went over and above -

I love Rathbone's flowers! I have used them for many years. Recently my mother passed away in Bartlesville and they delivered all of the casket pieces, wreaths and additional flowers for us so they could be there on a Saturday afternoon. They completely went above and beyond to help us. The flower arrangements were beautiful and were perfect for what my mom would have wanted. They completely represented her life and her love of flowers. They guided us as to exactly the flowers we should choose that would hold up the longest and then came to the funeral on Monday to ensure that the flowers still looked fresh. I've also used Rathbone's for corsages, floral arrangement delivered to friends, etc. They are truly wonderful to work with and deliver the best products. And, the best part is they always stand behind their work!

The best thing about this place is that the pictures on the website are the same or very close to what you'll get!!! Check them out: Mrsdehavens.com

I called them recently to have some flowers delivered to a friend locally. They have favorable reviews on Yelp overall, and they are also located fairly close to her house. They also didn't charge too much, (the pricing and product was pretty much in line with the going rate elsewhere), for a decent sized bouquet in a vase along with the delivery fee. They were friendly and helpful in getting the order secured and expedited. The finished creation was lovely as well. My friend was very surprised and delighted.

Service has declined greatly as well as the products. What images show on the website are far from what actually arrives. On that note don't expect delivery even close to the times provided. It will be late pretty much every time. And by late that means hours. They don't disclose the late arrival unless you contact them. It's always "we're sorry" I get it that people get busy but it's not even a holiday delivery. At the very least make one aware if it will be to the tune of hours late.

I purchased the bouquet through their website last night and then called the business this morning to verify my order and to request a delivery time. Everything was fine at this point until the flowers arrived to their location...WRONG BOUQUET!I called and the owner Jay told me that on the phone this morning he told me he would get the arrangement just as close as possible. In no way did he ever say anything like that or I would have had him cancel the order. He proceeded to argue with me and then hung up on me! I called back immediately and spoke to a lady that works for him. She told me to hold on and she would speak to him. Once back on the phone she said that I will be credited in full within a couple of days. I informed her that I will be calling back in a week if I do not see a credit on my account. My $75.00 bouquet had looked as if a child went out in grandma's yard and put a bunch of flowers in a wicker basket and said, "I made this for you!"No way! This was for my mother's retirement, not child's play!Sorry, Jay (the owner) but you NEVER hang up on a customer!

"I walked in at 4:40 to grab a quick birthday gift. I was literally scanning the surroundings for a florist and did a U-Turn when I spotted their sign.I knew I wanted a small mum. When I entered, one of the florists was on the phone dealing with a needy customer and she was being so patient and kind. The other florist (who helped me) was good but harried. She did make the simple mum plant look good. I thought it was a really eclectic shop. I didn't see a lot of fresh cut flowers here so you might have to do preorders. I wasn't that picky."
"You try to support a small business, and you get burned....I understand flower shops are very busy around Valentine's Day, and instead of going with a Teleflora or 1800Flowers place I found this place which was near where my wife was working and placed an order on their website five days before hand for delivery two days before. You would think that would be enough time.Nope. I called them several times, and the calls kept going to their answering service (overseas based on the accents) and I'd leave yet another message requesting a delivery update. After calling back-to-back-to-back-to-back today, some nice lady answered and looked up my order. The status? "It wasn't processed." The reason? "We were very busy and we didn't get it processed"Now, I understand, you get busy. I understand you operate on thin margins (that's why I went straight to your business so you get the biggest cut possible). But, come on.... If H&R Block couldn't 'process my tax return' because tax season is busy, that would raise some flags. Why couldn't they reach out to customers in the days after Valentine's to ask if they still wanted to deliver the flowers? Maybe offer a discount or free upgrade? So, buyer beware. Maybe they are great if you go in locally, but I'd have reservations before trusting their online order fulfillment."
"Ordered some flowers to be delivered for my dear grandmother's birthday, and I gotta say. Am really impressed. Lisa was extremely patient and helpful through the process, even sending me actual pics before delivering! Made me feel much better about it, since I live 5 hours away. Great shop, good prices, great service, and most importantly: beautiful flowers. This is my new flower shop in the Tulsa area!!"
"If you ever need flowers delivered, I highly recommend The Willow Tree Florist shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma for their local needs and they even do wires and are cheaper than using one of the online establishments who take so much of the amount you pay that flowers being delivered are not worth sending for the money you pay. This owner has gone out of his way to take care of my floral needs and provided professional services and far exceeding my expectations. Give them a call! My mother in law received her birthday flowers at the hospital a couple of days ago. They deliver them to the "flower room" at the hospitals so the actual florists have no control over the arrangements after they drop them off. My Mother In Law said there was no water in the vase and the several of the flowers were limp and wilted. I called The Willow Tree (bypassing nationwide-flowers.com as they did not do anything they advertise or say on the phone in the first place) and this gentleman is redelivering flowers free of charge with an apology letter even though I didn't expect anything from them! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
