"Oak Tree Books has rolling ladders around their book cases. It's really, really difficult for me not to channel my inner Belle from Beauty and the Beast to jump on and slide around.This space is a nook of older and first edition books, but not a great spot to find newer used reads.Most of the books are about Oklahoma and Native Americans. There are some smaller sections of science fiction, literature & classic children's books.Inside is well organized but you still feel like an explorer. I'm going to go back as Belle and find the rose behind a book."

"*this is for the Tulsa Premium Outlets location* Don't use ApplePay to pay if you want to return. They'll try to tell you that's not the same card and they won't refund it. The girl at the front had to call the GM, Alison, like 3 or 4 times to process my return. I explained ApplePay shows a different last 4 for security. She said she's never heard of that. Well I googled it right in front of her and sure enough found in my settings where it shows my card number and the ApplePay number it shows on your receipts. The 2 women working were SO FREAKING rude, especially Rosa, the one wearing white frosted eyeshadow like it's the early 90s. Have fun making $12/hr."

"What a great place. I really want to remember this store during the holiday season. Loved wandering from room to room. I found so much stuff I coveted for myself.However, I showed restraint and only walked out with three bottles of soda---ranch, pickle, and Buffalo wing flavored. Yes, you read that correctly.How were they? Can now say I've tried them but probably will only buy them again for a gag gift (which is what this was for).Super cool spot!"

"Magic City Books is located in downtown Tulsa, diagonally across from Holiday Inn Express with street parking available (metered, but free on weekends after a certain time at night). I came by this bookstore with my husband and our little girl dog (yep this bookstore is dog friendly). We came on a Friday night and surprisingly there was a local author who just had a reading and was sticking around for autographs and answer questions for guests (I am not familiar with this author and do not recall the name).This small bookstore looks to only sell new books (I really love venturing to second hand bookstores because I am always able to score some really great deals and often times hard to find books or books out of print). I ended up finding a few books in their small clearance section (by the front of the store, if you go left when you enter, there is a small bookshelf and some tables and chairs) that were a really good buy (one book was ~75% off and another one I bought was ~55% off). I honestly probably would have bought more books but since we are traveling and not from the area, I am a little limited as to what I can bring back in my luggage. The employee at the register told me that books make it to the clearance are books that may have been on the shelves for a long time and no one is buying them or could be that they may only have 1 or 2 copies of that book left and have no plans to reorder. If I lived in this area, I would most likely check out the clearance area first (and often) before venturing the rest of the store. Overall, had a great shopping experience."

"This is the cutest bookstore! I was walking at round Broken Arrow and had to check it out. The mural on their building is absolutely beautiful so I had to see what the inside looked like. Every little corner and display looks intentionally curated. It's super cute and they have a good variety of books. The shelves are nicely organized and you can easily find books. They also have super cute decor, games, coffee cups and accessories. Great place to find a gift for someone. After browsing a bit, an employee asked if I needed help with anything. She was super nice and helpful. I was curious about the fridges they have with flowers and she explained the shop is by Penelope and Lu, a floral company. I found a beautiful arrangement. They have different sizes and can personalize a bouquet just for you. The prices are very reasonable. There's an entire room meant for what I think are floral workshops. I'll definitely check out what classes they offer."

"I love this little shop. Best place to find unique jewelry. I love getting earings, pins, and finger rings here.Tons of used books give the space a cram o ed feeling, but the woman who works there us amazing. She'll leave you alone or help you search the shelves.I never leave empty handed. The owner seems to have the thousands of books in her memory as well- it seems harder than being a librarian! She'll take your used books for cash, but will give you more value if you are willing to take store credit.She also has an interesting collection of brick a brack and curiosities.There's a surprising number of children's book in good to excellent shape."

"Quaint and cozy local bookstore. They have a lot in a small space! Located right off Main St, we stopped by during the Red Fern Fest on Saturday and shopped in store and outside for their used book sale. They had a large selection of all kinds of books and a nice kids nook and clearance area in the back. The staff was helpful and kind. They had cozy spots to sit and read. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are nearby."
