My wife drove it most of the time but, she was getting tired of a three pedal car and wanted and automatic. Subaru, is our favorite for reliability. She had her eye on a 2020 Crosstrek Limited in Crystal White Pearl. Ferguson had a couple of them in stock. I got a good price over the internet. "I highly recommend Richard with Longview Automotive.I was refereed to Richard by another small business here in town less than one year ago. Word of mouth goes a long way with me. I have since then taken my truck (2003 f150 4x4), my daughters truck (1997 Chevy 4x4), my Girl friends van (2007 caravan), and referred my mother and her truck (2003 f150 crew cab 2wd). Each time I would take my vehicle to Richard he would be sure to explain the problem along with costs and get my ok before performing repairs. Richard is a very competent and straight forward mechanic. He stays busy because he runs an honest shop. My vehicles have needed various repairs from new mirrors because the directional motors stopped working to repairing A/C and 4wd issues. He replaced a bent axle in my daughters 97 chevy and the dash in my f150 to solve an annoying glitch that caused my cluster to blink. My mother had a horrible experience with a well known repair shop in Broken Arrow, Ok who did a very poor $800 front end repair job. When the well known first returned her "repaired" truck saying all is well, her truck now made a new loud noise in the front end when turning on occasion. My mother took truck back to have it corrected and they sent her packing saying it wasn't their fault and they couldn't find a problem. I sent her to Richard in Bartlesville (a long drive from Broken Arrow) who not only figured out what the root cause of the original problem was, but he also corrected the work performed by the well known shop. It cost my mom an additional $$ to get it fixed but Richard fixed it right. Richard found that the well known shop installed the new parts wrong and was kind enough to document his findings for my mother so she could return to the well known shop and show them. My mother was very pleased with how well she was treated by Richard and how quickly he was able to get her repaired. She still expresses how great her truck runs which was repaired about 6 months ago.If you want a mechanic who will tell it to you straight then I would point you to Richard. He is not cheap but he is fair and you get what you pay for as they say. I could go on with other jobs I have brought to Richard at Longview automotive but suffice to say he does a great job and is not afraid to refer work elsewhere if he is unable to do it himself for whatever reason."
"Everything was great. My original lender it was Capital One sent me a letter saying I was preapproved to refinance through your company and so I filled out the approval online. Within minutes Miguel had me set up with an appointment for my next dayoff which was on a Monday I ended up getting to take the day ff on Saturday texted him and asked could I come in and he immediately got me in and we got started. he was very professional very friendly and funny and he was definitely the right salesman for me good customer service all the way around. "So, my car has been making lots and lots of bad sounds... squealing, dragging, cranking. You name it, my car sounded like it. I've been dreading going to a mechanic for a while because I knew the bill was going to be extensive, but it had to be done. Needless to say, I now feel more at ease than I have about my car since the first time I stepped in it, and that's over 3 years ago.I heard about this repair shop from a co-worker who had nothing but good things to say. Their reputation is well-earned. When I came to My Mechanic, I was greeted instantly in a climate-controlled office that even had a bathroom, wifi, and a TV. After he moved another vehicle he was working on, the mechanic immediately got to work on looking at my car. Less than 45 minutes later, I had a detailed estimate of everything, printed out in writing--parts, labor estimates, and the like. Next, unlike other mechanics that usually try to tell you as little as possible and show you even less, he took me into the repair shop itself where my car was still jacked up off the floor. And he proceeded to show me with a flashlight every leak, every belt, and every hose that needed to be replaced as well as where and how it was leaking. He even mentioned something that would need to be replaced sometime in the distant future (so distant that he hadn't mentioned it on the estimate). Now, if you think that he was making things up to get a buck out me, you'd be wrong. Everything he mentioned, I had either some inkling of suspicion before the estimate, or he had clear evidence of. He even caught an incomplete repair job done by another mechanic 6 months ago, and something a different mechanic had mentioned needed to be replaced some time ago as well.That said, I did decide to get something repaired today. He had the part brought to him in less than 20 minutes and had it on and ready within the hour. The prices with My Mechanic are fair, the waiting room is comfortable--so you won't be banging your head against a wall waiting for him to get done with your car--and the business is honest.My car no longer squeals and it runs a lot better too--all that in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be happier."
"Everyone here was friendly. They smiled, they offered us something to drink, and brought a bucket of candy over to us so our kids could pick something out. They had a kid play area with kid chairs, a lowered tv, and coloring books. John helped us with our rover and spent one on one time to go over all the buttons and settings in the car with us. We didn't feel rushed through on learning the car. He answered all of our questions. After we were done with our purchase, he even offered us quarters for the turnpike for on the way back home.The finance manager also got us a decent rate. Good experience."

When my truck broke down driving from Alabama to Colorado, I had it towed here because of the tow truck drivers recommendation even though there was another Chevy dealer right down the street. Turns out the issue was from another mechanics failure to re-tighten my brake caliper, they quickly identified the issue and corrected it! We were back on the road in no time! If you want quality customer service and mechanical technicians then go here! Absolutely best service around town! Very respectful, timely and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my Chevy anywhere else.

We took our car here after a couple people told us how much they liked the service . Our car didn't start, didn't run, we had no idea what was wrong with it . A " mobile mechanic" ruined our car more than its original state. So out of ideas we had it towed to Greg's and it took a little bit of time to figure out what was wrong with it, but they figured it all out. They diagnose the original problem. They fixed everything that mobile mechanic did and now my car is running better than it did before I even had a problem with it.!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with my service that I received here. Greg is also very friendly and calls you with updates on how your vehicle is doing and what they're finding he let you know a ballpark of a price range when he is done looking at stuff which I really liked. So if you have car trouble, give them a shot! If I have any further problems with any of my vehicles, I know where to go . Thank you guys!

"Today was a service oil change for my car. I will say apologize as I didn't get anyone's name during visit. I called ahead and was told they do not take call aheads over the phone. When I arrived I was lucky that there were no other cars and was greeted within the first couple of seconds. This was my first time dropping off for maintenance and was happy they my car took about 45 minutes. This one was free because the car is new. Over all, I believe that I will be returning. Loved they had peach pop as I have not had it in ages and think I just made a new tradition of peach pop and oil change. Also, be aware there is a dog but doesn't approach you. I am scared of them and felt the need to share in case you have a fear of them."

"A week ago while out running errands and prepping for my granddaughters graduation, I stopped at a local Quick Trip for gas. While filling up at the pump I I went inside for a fountain drink. I returned to my car, removed the pump and placed it in its place. I secured the cap to my tank and closed the door to my tank. I got into my car which is pristine condition, pressed the electronic ignition switch and nothing,zilch, nada. After several attempts I was resigned to the fact that I needed a tow AND that I would miss my granddaughters graduation. Fast forward-I called AAA for the tow and a recommendation for the most reliable and reputable repair shop without Mercedes in the name. They recommended Team One. My car arrived at this business after hours and because it was Friday, I would have to wait until Monday. They are closed on weekends. I called Team One on Monday morning. I spoke to a gentleman (Brandon) had already been assigned as my service advisor. Brandon spoke to me about the problem, informed me that service and diagnostics would not be performed until the next day. I didn't mind, I just wanted to resolve the issue. On Tuesday morning Brandon called to let me know that the diagnostics had been performed and as if it was by Devine intervention, they found Nothing wrong with the vehicle. The car is a 2011 Mercedes e350 with just a tad of over 67,000 original miles. Brandon assured me that they had checked electrical systems, fuses, the battery ignition switch and Everything. Nothing found. They test drove it multiple times and he said it started a drove perfectly. I give big shout outs to local businesses when they do a great job. When I went to pick up my car , Brandon and a charming young lady Frances, greeted me with a smile and politely informed me that the fixed price diagnostics was all I owed $125.00. I'd give more stars if I could because of their friendly approach to customer service and for their integrity. In the times we are living it's nice to see that it's the locals we can count on. While so many would have found something that would essentially ended up gouging me, Team One came through. They now have a customer for life. Kudos to Brandon and Ms. Frances for being great customer experience providers. Check them out for your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed."
"I was suggested to take my Subaru Forester to Madden Auto after I had struggled to find a affordable and honest shop to take my car to. I had been informed that I was having a head gasket issue and Madden Auto would be a fantastic place to take it for the fix.I was delighted and had my car towed to Madden with hope. Madden Auto agreed that the head gasket was the issue and therefore did their best to fix that. My car, being incredibly stubborn, foiled all of Madden's attempts. I am pretty sure that this car somewhat traumatized both me and Madden Auto Repair for life! Numerous issues continued to appear and were almost always completely outside of our control making this project seem impossible. Until, Madden Auto made the decision that changed my life, and they bought my car a 'new' used engine. They informed me that not only had they made this decision, but also that they would be helping me with the cost because of all the difficulty. Madden Auto charged me an unbelievably fair rate, far less than I could have received anywhere else. I cried and hugged Vicki tightly as I received my car keys. Madden Auto was incredibly fair, honest, and kind and genuinely gave me one of the biggest gifts I have ever received. I truly want everyone to be aware of this amazing shop and their incredible work. As someone from a completely different state and a young college student, I could have been easily taken advantage of. Madden, however, took care of me like family and I would be completely lost without them.This shop is the epitome of honest, kind and truly a gem. "I was due for an oil change so made an online appt while I was in the area. The first available appointment was 15 minutes from the moment I checked. I made the appointment and arrived at the dealership at the exact time. The service garage door opened up as soon I drove up to it. While I was waiting for the oil change, I went into the show room to look at a car or two and then relaxed in the lounge area where they had a really cool coffee machine and donuts. I won't tell you how many donuts I ate, but it was definitely more than one. It took about an hour from the time that I arrived until the time that I left. I don't consider that unreasonable, especially since I was able to spend a few minutes looking at a car and then was able to enjoy the lounge area. I actually prefer going to the dealer for my oil changes because I can usually get a coupon in the mail which makes it cheaper than going to your typical quick oil change type of place. The downside is that inevitably they always come back to you with about three or four things that they suggest you have done like Brake line fluid replacement, radiator flush, new spark plugs, etc. I usually pass on the extras. I find the people here friendly, and will continue to come for routine maintenance."

"A+ Buying Experience with No High-Pressure Sales! We purchased our GMC Terrain at Marc Miller last Spring and our buying experience was truly phenomenal! Lane Gaddy, our sales agent, was very knowledgeable, listened to what features we were looking for in a vehicle, and showed us available options. The dealership was offering great incentives (about 6k dollars) on new vehicles so buying new became an affordable option! Once we made our selection, the sales manager provided a written quote. "An Honest and Courteous MechanicMy 2011 Tundra developed a very strange problem. I won't go into the details, but there were three different dash lights that all popped up at same time. Jeff Morrison looked at the failure code and reset the computer. Now here is the important part, there were so many lights up on the dash than an unscrupulous mechanic could have really taken a customer to the cleaners on this one. Jeff, recommended another specialty shop that may have experience with the really weird problem. So, no B.S., no charge! and Jeff gave me information and advice so, I can be informed. I now have a starting point when I go to the specialty repair shop. His honesty and assistance was greatly appreciated! This shop has many plaques on the wall confirming that it has been voted as Broken Arrow's favorite auto repair shop. I can see why. I will bring my vehicles back here for service when needed. I really recommend this fine shop!"
"Hello future BH Acura customers,I experienced a bait and switch scenario with Bob Howard Acura last month and I feel I must alert future BH customers. The parchment interior I requested didn't exist because the Car Gurus description didn't sync with their actual stock. BTW...Bob Howard still shows the same SH-AWD MDX I was trying to buy last month on Car Gurus as still being available??? It also shows the MDX as being on the lot for 175 days?? ? That can't be true because I tried to buy that car last month!All that said, as long as you are open to another color combination, they are great. Seriously, I saved significant cash on the MDX price and BH gave me more money for my trade in. Fortunately, the real interior color they had was my second choice color, so, I purchased the car anyway. Note: I would have bought it if they would have just told me up front. BH gave me a good cash deal and followed up with the TX registration & title transfer calls I had. That is why I gave them 2 stars. Just be aware of their marketing practices and you'll be fine."
