Some of the best BBQ I have ever eaten! Far better than any chain I have been to, and better than most other independent BBQ places I have eaten at. The burnt ends are the best! Love them! Everything else is fantastic too. I have never had anything bad, except a long wait, but even that was worth it! I am sad to see they have changed their hours and are no longer open on the weekends, as it will be tough for a working person to get there by 4 in the afternoon if one lives in the city... or doesn't live in Wellston, but I will darn sure try! The atmosphere is typical for a great BBQ place, nothing formal, but very, very comfortable. Writing this is making me hungry for Butcher BBQ!
