You try to support a small business, and you get burned....I understand flower shops are very busy around Valentine's Day, and instead of going with a Teleflora or 1800Flowers place I found this place which was near where my wife was working and placed an order on their website five days before hand for delivery two days before. You would think that would be enough time.Nope. I called them several times, and the calls kept going to their answering service (overseas based on the accents) and I'd leave yet another message requesting a delivery update.After calling back-to-back-to-back-to-back today, some nice lady answered and looked up my order. The status? "It wasn't processed." The reason? "We were very busy and we didn't get it processed"Now, I understand, you get busy. I understand you operate on thin margins (that's why I went straight to your business so you get the biggest cut possible). But, come on.... If H&R Block couldn't 'process my tax return' because tax season is busy, that would raise some flags. Why couldn't they reach out to customers in the days after Valentine's to ask if they still wanted to deliver the flowers? Maybe offer a discount or free upgrade?So, buyer beware. Maybe they are great if you go in locally, but I'd have reservations before trusting their online order fulfillment.

Don't order from here...my valentine's day flowers that were ordered 02/13 were never delivered. Multiple phone calls have been made to only be told the person taking the call was only "support staff" and could not verify my order #....could nit tell me if they would be delivered late, the next day? Here it is Monday 02/17, no flowers, no phone call, no apology......just no sort of customer service provided. Shameful way to handle a business. I will never use this florist.

Service has declined greatly as well as the products. What images show on the website are far from what actually arrives. On that note don't expect delivery even close to the times provided. It will be late pretty much every time. And by late that means hours. They don't disclose the late arrival unless you contact them. It's always "we're sorry" I get it that people get busy but it's not even a holiday delivery. At the very least make one aware if it will be to the tune of hours late.

I ordered Valentine flowers for my husband. Below are the pictures of what I ordered & what he actually received. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have been a customer of Burnett's for many years & my parents were loyal customers before that. I wonder what other orders I have done that were changed as well. I doubt I will order from or recommend them in the future.

Received a beautiful flower arrangement from my friend as a retirement surprise. My husband ordered flower from them when they were located near 31st and Harvard and did not realize they had relocated on 11th St. We will use them for our future flower arrangement needs.Denise

I ordered flowers on Monday supposed to be delivered on Tuesday never got them and their number goes to an answering service left 3 messages no return calls. Spent over 50.00 and nothing to show for it.Called the hospital where they were supposed to be delivered they said they never received them either so who knows!!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from fromyouflowers.com and they used these schmucks to fulfill the order.Rather than calling me to tell me they don't have the item I ordered, they delivered a completely different, far more inferior, arrangement.They didn't knock. They just left it on my doorstep and ran away. Like a prank.Who ever the owner of this place is, he/she is an SOB! Not only are they running a grift, they're completely indifferent about ruining someone's holiday in the process.I'll be in touch with the Oklahoma attorney general. These guys should not be in business.

Complete bait and switch.... I ordered a $100 arrangement for Valentines Day. I was called by Burnett on Valentines Day and they stated that they "Assembly Line" the flowers on Valentines Day, but my arrangement would be of equal size and value. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Burnett's made no mention of this on their website and offered a full line of arrangements. I paid $100 and got a $35 arrangement.I was also told the flowers would be delivered in the morning, they weren't delivered until 4:45pm as my girlfriend was leaving her office.There is a reason there are so many 1 star reviews of this place.Do better Burnett's.....

Used for over 30 years. I don't know if they've gone through an ownership change or what, but they can no longer be depended on to deliver on a timely basis. In addition, the woman I spoke to when trying to figure out the issue was argumentative and defensive. I'm deleting Burnett's as a contact and I'll buy from someone else in the future.

Had Anniversary flowers delivered to my door that literally had a "Feel Better" Balloon attached!!!! Had several Dead flowers in the bouquet and looked NOTHING like the picture that was ordered! Used a a third party to order online "from you flowers.com" Called Burnetts and the lady said sorry they get fresh flowers in Monday's so we could try again!!! So bc we got flowers Saturday you get the left overs apparently!
