I ordered my notary stamp on 10/5/22 and still have not received it as of today 12/5/22. What's worse is I've called twice and the person I speak with says the 'owner' handles notary stamps but isn't good at answering emails. Part of my income relies on having my notary stamp but this guy clearly doesn't care. I will never use Burkharts again.UPDATE 12/5/22: So I woke up and started calling and emailing Burkhart's to get resolution on my notary stamp. When there was no answer on the office phone, I did a quick online search for Scott Robinett and got his cell number. I decided that since he is too cowardly to deal with angry customers on his business line or through emails, that I would call Scott personally for an explanation. He didn't answer so I left him a very direct message detailing my frustration. I then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and sent him a receipt of the BBB claim. Within 5 minutes of that email I received the following email from Scott Robinett:Jay,We have issued a credit for the Notary supply order you placed. We're are currently waiting on supplies from our vendor for notary stamps which are on back-order and are unable to complete your order. Sorry for the delay and inconvenience.Regards,Scott RobinettBurkhart's Office SupplyBased on this result, I recommend calling his personal cell phone to get resolution, 918-857-5444.

I ordered my notary stamp back in July, Burkhart's took my payment but never send me my supplies. I have called the number many, many, many times and all it says is the mailbox is full. I am out of my supplies and money. Do not buy from this company they will rob/steal your money and never hear from them.

Do not, under any circumstances, order from this store!! I ordered a notary stamp on 9/22/22. As of today, 10/31/22 I still have not received it. I have called 5-6 times and been given the runaround every time (they were not even able to give me a tracking number, though they claimed after I called on 10/20/22 that they were shipping it that day). Today I was finally able to get a tracking number from them, and it states that it was not even mailed until today. Ridiculous customer service. Order from somewhere else. ZERO STARS.

DO NOT order notary or notary renewal from here! They have multiple complaints on BBB forr the same issue...never delivering the notary. I have spent 2 months trying to get my renewal and have finally filed a complaint myself. I contacted them 9 times and twice was told it would arrive in 2 days...they never even had the supplies by their own admission.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through their website in July 2019. I figured it might take a week or two to get my stamp made and get everything mailed to me. After about a month, I called for an update. I was told one of the items was on backorder and it would be a few more days. Three weeks later, I called again. I was told the item was still on backorder. I continued to follow up and kept getting the same answer. In early October 2019, I went into the store and the gentleman working there looked up my order and told me my order had shipped "a few weeks" ago but could not give me any tracking information. I've called last week to request a refund. I was told it would take a few days to process. It never came through. When I called today (now early November) I was told that rather than a refund being given (as I wanted) I was told that they were re-building my order and they were waiting for my stamp handle and would be shipping "soon." The woman that I spoke to got angry with me when I told her the order was supposed to have been cancelled and refunded. She told me that she would process my cancellation and hung up on me. I expect I'll have to call again for a status and I don't actually expect to get my order or get my money back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

0 STARSOrdered my notary stamp and bond 7/2022 and never received it. Had been out due to medical reasons and thought I had mistakenly not gotten it ordered. Ordered it again on 8/2022. I have never received either order. I have emailed Scott Robinett multiple times and received no response. I've called and no one ever answers phones and VM says it is full and not accepting VM at this time. I have ordered with them previously and did not have a problem at that time. Do not order from them as they are not fulfilling orders and the only emails I have gotten were receipts showing I paid them, but never received orders. I will be contacting the Oklahoma Secretary of State and BBB about them not fulfilling orders as all other options have not worked.

I placed my order on September 26, 2022 for my notary. I followed up on October 21 and was passed off to Josh. He said he would check into it and if there was a problem call me back. No call - so felt we were okay.My order never came in. I called back on 11/8/22, and talked to Josh again. He told me he would call by 3:30 pm today. Guess what, no call.11/11/22; I called back for a third time. Josh isn't there. Scott checked on my order and said "I don't know why it didn't ship". I will ship it out ground and you will have it on Monday (which will be 11/14/22). I'm hopeful it will ship on Monday, but I'm setting an alarm to remind me to call Tuesday if I don't get it. I chose to use Burkhart's to make it easier for me to renew my notary. I did my first one by myself and it took three or four phone calls to get it accomplished, so I felt Burkhart's would be more efficient which was worth the extra money I paid, or so I thought. I'll let you know what happens next week, but I doubt it will change my score.

WARNING! Stay as far away from this business as humanly possible! This criminal enterprise takes payment for products and never delivers the said product. I ordered a notary renewal kit on 2-15-23, and they still have not renewed my notary commission with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. My commission has since expired, and I will now have to apply for a new one. I have sent several emails with no response. Their online contact form does not work. And they never answer the phone and have no voicemail set up. Any 5-star review must be fake. This business should be shut down!
