Buffalo's Barbecue

Buffalo Barbecue is the best I have found. The chopped beef sandwich is unbelievably huge. Don doesn't use small buns like most other places. He uses a big bun and piles the beef until no more will fit on the bun. Next he soaks the beef with Donnie's own sauce. To prevent a major mess, I use a fork.His award winning ribs and brisket are excellent. Don also sells turkeys and hams for thanksgiving & Christmas.

Consistently great bbq, if you have the chance to try the prime rib sandwich, it is amazing!

Always great food here, always busy as well...12:30 on a Tuesday and nearly sold out. Donnie said he had a $250 call in order to start his Morning that cleared him out of a few selections.Was able to order after a few other few loads of local workers got their orders in, and got our food in 6-8 minutes after paying.Love this place!!!

My picture tells the whole story. Overflowing slices of delicious brisket. Just the correct amount of bbq sauce. I actually didn't eat all the meat! The price was excellent. Most people either take it home or go down to the city park less than a mile down hwy 11. We four men had just left the two prisons at Hominy. Talked about it so much we had to stop and eat at the park.Bob and Joe ate massive bologna sandwiches, while Al and I ate the sliced brisket. All gave their meal five stars!

Buffalo's is the best of barbecue. Extremely tasty food. A bit pricey, but worth a try.

Wednesday is Prime Ribbbbb day!!!! The best ever!!! Very very reasonably priced. And I rarely like potato salad but I do like it here, I do not know if it is made in house. THE BEST THING IN SPERRY (no offense donut shop I love you too)

I don't know where to start. Small trailer in a parking lot north of Tulsa. Very unassuming but don't let that stop you from driving up to Sperry for some of the best BBQ I've had. Ribs were cooked to perfection. Meat was smoky and tender, juicy and downright heavenly. Brisket was tender and juicy. Just the right amount of smoke. Hot links are simply amazing. Hot and spicy, and the casing snaps. So tasty.A word of warning, though...call ahead and place your order. They are only open until they run out of 'que. I will be back next time I'm in Oklahoma.

I really appreciate the craftsmanship in good barbeque and I'm happy to put in some work to travel to the right spot. I called ahead to confirm they were open and had bbq left. Given the all clear, I drove 40 minutes with a friend. When I arrived, the owner unceremoniously closed the door in my face as I walked up and closed for the day. Enjoy your life sir.

Great BBQ. Ribs are juicy and tender. Brisket is very tasty. Hot links are awesome. BBQ sauce delicious. Tip: Get sauce on the side --not on the meat!! Not always open because the owner competes in BBQ cook offs. Because it's a food truck be prepared to get it home fast!!
