Buffalo Wild Wings

Stopped in while in the area for the weekend, mind you we haven't been to BWW in year due to bad experiences at ours in south OKC. Wife had I shared the wing combo; comes with 6 boneless and 6 traditional, coleslaw, fries (substitute for the wedges) and carrots. It was plenty of food for the both of us. Also the bartender made a special drink for my wife, we called the Pueblo sunset lol; it's frozen swirl mango, strawberry with Malibu rum instead of tequila --go double. Lol. Service was friendly and engaging. Better experience here for sure

I waited for about 10 minutes at the to go desk in the back of the restaurant the two employees that were there talking and playing on their phones walked away when I walked towards the desk so I waited for a while and every employee that walked near me ignored me no one ever even spoke to me the whole time I was there I was doing Uber Eats so I canceled the order personally I stopped going there several months ago when I called and canceled an order for $35.00 and the next day they charged me for the order when I called and spoke to someone they basically called me a liar and said I picked up the order which I did not worst place to go in Tahlequah I only put one star because it makes you it should be no star's

We come here probably 3 times a month it is the only buffalo we eat at now. The ones in the city are terrible but this place has it down. Super good meat and everything!

We asked Jaylynn to create our own "Garbage Fries" like we got from our county fair in PENNSYLVANIA. She delivered on our request. Dirty dub tots with fries instead of tater tots. Fabulous!!!

I've come to realize ownership and/or management of this business has failed our town. Two years ago this was like a BWW you would visit in any other town. Not spectacular or terrible. However, over the last year there is always a problem usually service or food. My last visit the lighting for an entire corner of the restaurant was flickering like a strobe light, a projector was not working, and the outside bushes haven't been trimmed since last year. There are creeping vines growing up the side of the building. Just a little more care would go a long ways. I only complain because I want to see it get better.

Ordered bone-in wings, they were a little dry but otherwise good. I ordered honey bbq and spicy garlic but they gave me buffalo instead of the spicy garlic. Server was nice, but didn't check in at the table enough. Will eat here again, mostly because it's close to the hotel.

See if you can tell the difference in the pictures which one came from Tahlequah BDubs. To add insult to injury I had to go BACK to get it bc they left it out of the take home bag. But they really put my mind at ease when I called them to tell them of the mistake, they told me if I come back for one they wouldn't charge for it!

Ran over from the Hilton hotel during half time of the chiefs game to eat and have a few beers. Since I'm 52 and my husband is 69 I only brought my debt card. The waitress refused to serve us, even when I showed her a photo of my DL! Come on! I haven't look 20 in 30 years!!!!!

Today is the day I have decided to never go back to this location. Today was the second time in a row coming here and getting the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We like to come here to enjoy watching sports , eating, drinking and talking with the customers around us. But the service has gotten so bad that we will not go back. Waiting 20 minutes to get a drink or take our order is ridiculous. That was last time. Today we got our chips and salsa with nothing to drink. I mean at least bring water to the table. Our drinks were sitting at the bar but they were never brought to us. We did get our order in after waiting 15 or 20 minutes. We finally decided to get up and walk out. Our waitress disappeared and there were 3 girls that worked there standing at the bar visiting. I would not tolerate this if I were the manager or owner.

One star minus one. If you like never having the food you ordered, or always having an issue with a take out order, then this is the place for you! I love coming home after a long days work, CRAVING some wings, being so excited to eat and having that ruined by uneducated college kids who can't get a simple take out order right. I work in the restaurant business. I know how it works. The manager looks like he could be my little brother, that is one major issue. No responsibilities, no accountability. Tahlequah Buffalo Wild Wings, get your shit together! I do not recommend this location to anybody. Honesty worth the drive to Muskogee over going 5 minutes down the road and never ever having the correct order.
