Very professional service. Answered and returned phone calls. I called all of the Hearth Stone dealers in a 200 mile radius of Tulsa. They didn't answer the phone or replied to messages. Visited one dealer and they would not help loading stove in back of my truck after I already paid for the stove. Wanted me to come back another day. Had to argue to get my money back. What a great experience. Personal, professional and expedient. We appreciated an expert installer visiting our home to explain and ensure our wood stove was correct for our size home and would fit in the fireplace area correctly. Putting in the wood stove and covering the old fireplace area was done in only half a day. The crew was particularly careful of taking care not to scratch or damage floors and furniture.
