I have brought every kind of car you can imagine here over the last 40 years and they have always fixed it right the first time, for a reasonable price.Very polite and comfortable people, my wife is fine to work with them.

Short review: don't take your vehicle here for any repair. They either tried to scam me or just aren't taking accountability for accidentally damaging my A/C further. I'm visiting family here in Tulsa. I knew it would be hot here so about a week before I left I charged the coolant in my Tacoma. In that week, roughly five days, the coolant leaked out so I know there was a leak. I few days after I got here I took it to Bryant Auto Air for a leak check and diagnosis. They came back with a $120 estimate for an O-ring that needed replacing. Awesome. I went for it. A few hour later I coordinated rides and moved car seats in the rain as I was watching my niece and nephew. When I pick it up, I asked if the checked everything, like the compressor and the valves and all. I'm told everything is good and will last for a while and nothing else is wrong. Well then I drive away and the A/C very clearly is not blowing cold air. I drive home just to see in I'm going crazy and to see if anything changes on the drive. Nothing is working. I give them a call and am told to bring it back. So I coordinated rides again and dropped it off. A few hours later I get a text with an estimate of nearly $2700. I'm shook. Apparently at time point when I brought it in, the expansion valve blew and it destroyed the compressor. What. The. Fuck. The guy at Bryant doesn't take credit for it. I don't know if it was over filled or what but they're telling all this crap in order not to take accountability for destroying my A/C. Now I'm stuck with a system that worked even though it was a bit leaky before I brought it in to Bryant Auto Air, but now is completely destroyed. They wouldn't even refund my original estimate. I paid cash as per their request so I can't even cancel the payment on my end. I wouldn't take any vehicle to these guys for anything. It's bad business.I went is with a working but leaky AC and left with a completely damaged system.

I have used Bryant Automotive Air for air conditioner repairs on several vehicles with both affordable and high quality repair solutions. The prices on all the parts they sell, as well as the labor rates are way cheaper than any Dealer. It's not a fancy place with the latest interior design and sometimes they are so busy that there may be several vehicles on the schedule ahead of you, but if you want the best price for the best repair you can get then this is absolutely the place you want to go.

Strongly do NOT recommend. This owner lacks integrity and ethics. He is more interested in making a sale and making some money instead of proper diagnosis with full and complete disclosure.I took my truck in to repair the ac. I said it didn't work and needed more than just freon. When I scheduled the appointment, I was informed there is a $98.00 diagnosis fee and would be provided an estimate. 2 days after the scheduled appointment, I am provided an estimate of roughly $1,400. After inquiry, I was told it would take 2 days to do the work. When I picked up my vehicle, there was very little air flow from the dash vents (I knew this was a problem when I brought it in, and I expected it to be addressed) and the air flow was not cold from any setting.I informed them of the problem and they re-scheduled to recheck the system. I brought it back as scheduled. After having it for a day and a half, I called to check on it. They said they were still checking it for leaks. At the end of the 3rd day, they said it was ready to pick up and it had cold air. They did get the air cold, but the air volume from the dash was still not correct. When I asked about it, the owner said give it a try for a couple of days to see if that was tolerable. To go any further into finding out why it wasn't blowing sufficiently from the dash would mean taking the dash apart. When I followed up with them the next week to see what the next steps are in getting the system to work properly, he said it would be $1500 to take the dash apart and begin determining the problem. I said that should have been stated up front. For $1,400 I could get cold air but not good air flow from the dash. He should have stated to find the problem causing the air to not blow out of the dash correctly would mean taking it apart and the estimated cost for doing that work. His response was "people don't authorize $3,000 for ac repairs."

I had Bryant Automotive Heating and Air install an air conditioner in my truck. They had my truck for a month. Upon getting my truck back, the air works fine. But the way they installed the air under my dash, now I don't have access to my heat knobs, and they knew this issue. I took the truck to Bryant today to see if they can fix the problem. For another $300, on top of the $3,000 I have already paid, they will try to fix it so I can be able to turn my heat on. I refuse to pay $300 more for something that should have been done, and done the right way, to begin with. So much for doing the right thing?????????

Please do not take your vehicle here! They refused to take accountability for damages to my vehicle but, where happy to charge repairs (scam??). I tried discussing the matter in professional manner, stating I didn't think I should be responsible for the repairs, & since he was refusing to take care of it, I would have it done elsewhere. He then told me to "take my vehicle & get out" (RUDE!!) "and you owe $99 for the diagnostic " Are you kidding me! I had to pay them to damage my vehicle but, it was the only way he would give me my key. Awfu!

Contacted them through the Better Business website and never got a call. Very poor customer service. Company contacted me after reading review....said they never were contacted by the BBB and felt review was not warranted. Fair enough. Revised. To date 8/2/18 have not done business with this company.
