Brush Creek Golf & Grill

Coming back to this place, Columbus, Kansas, always give me warm fuzzies and a walk down memory lane! So I was excited to try the newly renovated location that has become Brush Creek Golf & Grill. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and cocktails. My uncle ordered onion rings as a starter, and these thin and crispy rings were fantastic! My grilled blackened chicken sandwich, on brioche, was delicious with melted Pepperjack and had a spicy heat. I loved it, but if you're not a fan of spicy - don't order. My sister enjoyed her perfectly cooked mushroom swiss burger. My uncle's Brush Creek Salad was quite large and crowned with a gracious amount of grilled chicken. There are several protein choices for the Brush Creek Salad. In addition to great food, the restaurant has about 7 flat screens, plenty of high top and traditional dining tables. Large floor to ceiling windows expose the beauty of the outdoors, rolling hills, fairways and golf greens. I can imagine how lovely it will be to open these large windows on a cool fall evening!Walk out of the dining area to a large covered patio with two large sectional sofas. In the middle of the patio is a fire pit surrounded by chairs. I hope to come back soon, and make more great memories with family at Brush Creek Grill.

I suppose jims Steak spoiled us for years . Food was OK. Great atmosphere and lovely veiw . Service was good .

When everything was closed Brush Creek started serving food curb side. We love the atmosphere and the food is always great.

Best place to eat in Columbus KS. Newly renovated, great atmosphere, great service. Traditional American food. Good steaks.

We dine at Brush Creek at least twice a month, love this place. The food is great and the service is always friendly. The food is priced right and the steaks are cooked right to order. I hate it when you go to a steak house and order med. rare and it comes med. well or well done. I have never had that happen at Brush Creek. I strongly suggest trying this place out.

We waited over an hour for our food. Other people were served ahead of us. The service is terribly slow. I would not recommend coming. We asked twice about our food and were finally told it was not ready. We left $10 for our salads and left even though the head person said we did not need to pay. Very disappointing and doubt we will return.

Excellent service the server / bartender Sandra attentive and gives great service, The food is delicious You should definitely try their portobello mushrooms or the cheese curds.

New building has a nice view and great atmosphere. My salad was excellent and the staff was friendly. Will definitely return. There is no signage at the entrance so this really is a hidden gem!
