Great locally owned pharmacy. Courteous, fast and know their customers. They even offer delivery. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love going to BA Family Drug. They do an amazing job! Never have to wait. They look for coupons for you. They are the best!

We have used BA Family Drug for my husband's prescription service for the past 4 years. They have always been courteous and prompt. They have been helpful and called the physician offices to clarify and track down orders many times. They have always kept us updated about changes in Medicare Part D and what may be most beneficial for our needs. They do offer delivery and that is a plus! They are no more expensive than the big chain pharmacies and they have fresh baked cookies when you walk in their door.

"I've been using them for about a year now. They are faster than the chains, delivery is available, friendly personal service and I don't pay any more out of pocket. When prescriptions have run out, they did the leg work with my dr to get me taken care of."

I was unable to fill my rx for Oxycodone at my CVS pharmacy because they were out of it. I have this rx because of spinal degenerative disease. I tried Walgreens and they were having trouble getting the drug too. They told me there had a bottle change, a compliance issue that was making it hard to find. I called Broken Arrow Family Drug and was told that they had the drug but that to get it I would have to have one of my non-narcotic prescriptions transferred to their store. . I had never heard of this, but I had already called several stores and thought this might be my only option. I went to the store with my prescription and then was told by a clerk that I would have to transfer 4 of my other prescriptions to their store. Then the pharmacist came over,making sure by telling me several times that I knew he was the owner. He proceeded to tell me that each pharmacy can have only a certain percentage of their rx's be narcotics and that "these chain stores" were probably out of compliance with this rule and were just saying they didn't have the drug. He said that actually, to have my rx filled there I would have to transfer ALL of my rx's to his pharmacy. I told him I felt like I was being held hostage in this situation. He replied that that was the way it had to be. I said that he was just refusing business. I was quite upset and went across the street and filled my prescription filled at Reasor's without a problem. Later my pharmacist from CVS called and said when she called them to transfer a prescription they had told her it had to be all of them. I told her that he said she and Walgreens had been lying about having the drug, and why, and she said that was just ridiculous and that they are never out of compliance or they wouldn't be in business. I feel that this man was a petty, jealous and rude businessman who is turning away business for illegitimate reasons. I certainly will tell everyone I know not to use this pharmacy.

I called family drug in Broken Arrow to find out about some medical equipment, whether my insurance would cover it or not. The lady I talked to was super friendly and knowledgeable and she went above and beyond and did some research to find out if my insurance would cover my medical equipment. I would definitely recommend family drug to others.

I just recently learned of Broken Arrow Family Drug and am so GLAD to have learned of them, I think their staff are all very friendly and helpful.They have went out of their way trying to reach my doctor to clarify prescriptions I am on. Their delivery service and friendly delivery person is certainly appreciated!I pay the same on co-pays at BA Family Drug as I did with the others I have used in the past. With me they will have a customer for life! I just wish I had known about them five years ago.I only learned about them seeing their delivery vehicle parked somewhere.

I currently use BAFD North, but have also used the South location. The Pharmacist, Heather, as well as the rest of the staff are wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and by name. You will not be sorry you switched.

I just switched all of my prescriptions to BA Family Drug North from being with CVS and Walgreen's chaotic mess. This is a much quieter pharmacy and I feel less room for error. I prefer smaller chains and would rather give my money to them vs. the big pharmacies around Broken Arrow. Upon picking up my prescription for the first time I knew it was the pharmacy for me because when I got home and took it out of the package, on the top of the prescription bottle was a scripture "You are inscribed on the palm of His hand" Isaiah 49:16. My face lit up as I had a really bad day this particular day! They have me as a customer forever!
