Branding Iron Restaurant

When in Clinton I stay at the Days Inn. The lobby restaurant is The Branding Iron. I enjoy this place for breakfast and lunch. Lunch has a buffet. Yesterday I came in for lunch and had some truly off the hook delicious fried pork cutlets! Today I had some delicious meatloaf, but the star of the show was the fried chicken. I'm sorry Eischens, this is better and it was on the buffet. Astonishing is the care they take of their food here.Wonderful!

Food was ok. You have to look beyond the appearances. For the price it was ok. Nice people. Go somewhere else.

Stopped in for lunch buffet based on Yelp reviews. It was excellent!!! Salad, hot food and dessert bars all home cookin!!! Apple/peach cobbler with soft ice cream. Vegetables and meats all seasoned superbly. We'll be back.

This restaurant offered an excellent lunch buffet with great variety. The buffet included a full salad bar, 2 choices of meat, veggies, hot roll, dessert, & soft serve ice cream. The wait staff was prompt & personable as well. The overall atmosphere was pleasant & the restaurant was super clean:-)

Average food, but Good. Very Affordable. Service was Very Friendly & Attentive. Lots of Farmers & Locals were here for the Saturday morning Breakfast & that's Always a Good Sign!

Not bad. The $4.95 lunch buffet is a great deal! The rest of the menu is pretty good too.

Oooh it's so good! We've stopped here several times passing through and it's always delicious.

Great food for really low price, place is clean, waitress attentive and catfish and ribs excellent.

Salad Bar was good, food was fresh, plenty to chose from. Steak was overcooked and not good for a buffet but it was inexpensive and everything was good for the price. Friendly staff and good service.

Great place!!!! Good food, good atmosphere, and great prices! The buffet is always fresh and good and menu items are good too! Never fail eating here
