Apparently this company takes revenge on customers who post negative experiences online by closing their PO boxes. To wit:"Dear Ms. (redacted): It has been brought to our attention that you are disappointed with the service you have received in our store. Because of your public display of negativity on our Facebook page, we have taken it upon ourselves to close your PO Box. The PO Box service that we offer is a privilege for those who appreciate our store. We are sorry you feel that the ownership of our store isn't up to your standards. The way that you approached the situation was unnecessary, and because of that, we have to take action. Your box will be closed at the end of November. Thank you. - The Boxworks Team"Fortunately they can't hurt me, because I'm not currently a customer. Nor will I ever be again.

There are good ways and bad ways to respond to a complaint. As the owner you should really think about what you post before you post it. You should also uphold morality by asking friends and family not to harass the person posting the complaint. A complaint is an opportunity to make things right, not to get revenge. Personally posting someone's personal info is NEVER acceptable no matter how angry you are. I hope at some point you realize your mistake, and this doesn't happen to anyone else.
