My husband was gifted this cayenne pepper spicy cashew brittle years ago. I considered buying more, but didn't want to pay for shipping. Checked them out again online on a whim. Heater a local Tulsa company?!? I didn't know that. They offer local pick up. I'm so excited.

If you haven't tried Chef Teri Fermo's food, then try to go there some day soon. Many gluten free entrees!!!!Now this isn't a sit down place but is her commissary and you can watch the Chef in action! It's something to behold! Call ahead first, she is open for lunchtime to go. Also yummy desserts and soup in the freezer. I just ate the butter bean and corned beef soup. I think it's about the best soup I've ever eaten that's gluten free AND dairy free. The gluten free entree I really like is the Phillipino Breakfast. It consists of 2 eggs over easy on top of a yummy lightly garlic rice next to chicken chunks coated in a lightly sweet tamari sauce and some flash fried spinach leaves. It's literally the best thing I've ever eaten! It's also filling.I cannot wait to stop there again for lunch and try something else!
