I found Teri's Purple Truck a few year's ago at a food truck event and was hooked from the first bite.Order the Lumpia - think thin, pork spring rolls and ask for a side of her garlic sticky rice. Chicken adobo over the garlicky rice is also yummy.If you like herbed butter, buy a stick - worth the price! So... I like to sleep in on the weekends so when summer hit and the temps went up, Teri moved her truck sales to her catering location for to-go orders. I've picked up several bags of lumpia, garlic rice, chicken adobo. OMG the chicken and rice kept me filled for a month! Fall is finally here so her Crack is now in abundace for sale. not real crack, but it is addictive. Buttery Almond Toffee drizzled in chocolate - like I said, crack. she also does catering and I would love to hire her when I have the opportunity to host a function.She also loves Hello Kitty, so feel free to bring her a HK item :)

This is my absolute favorite food truck in Tulsa! I regularly have their breakfast at the Cherry Street Farmer's Market. I always get the torta (Filipino pork and potato omelette over rice) with garlic aoili. It's to die for! My husband orders the chicken adobo. I love the array of hot sauces they offer outside of their truck. Their deserts are heavenly as well. I could eat about a hundred of their honey pecan bars! I've also picked up takeout orders at their kitchen location off Harvard (you have to order in advance). The owner is very sweet and warm, like an old friend. You can tell that every dish is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients.
