I had to call the manager Michael Eskandari about a matter, he was very nice and understanding. He made sure to listen to my issue and he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. I spoke to the owner and she was very friendly and understanding and made sure I was happy with the end results. I will be doing business with them again.

We always return to Bob Loftis furniture in Bartlesville for all of our furniture needs. Over the years, we have purchsed at least 4 living room groups, mattresses, and beds. My wife and I waited 10 weeks for a mattress to show up. I called the office seven times and never received a single phone call back. When they actually answered the phone they always told me it would be the next day, but the next day never came. My only suggestion for you in doing business with them would be to have the patience of Jobe, the lifespan of Moses and be willing to spend more than $4,000 because that's what we were going to spend and apparently that doesn't even get you a return phone call. It's pretty sad that we tried to keep our money in town and they just didn't want it.

Bob Loftis, would roll over in his grave the way the Grove, OK store is being run. You walk in, you can be in the store for 20 mins and finally someone comes from the back, but at that time there are quiet a few people waiting to be serviced. So I waited my turn for the second time in two weeks recliner pullys broke on a couch one I bought in 2017 and one 2018. The hispanic man told me well its over the warranty by 5 mos a 800 dollar couch from Bob Loftis isn't suppose to last more than a year. BOB loftis Grove office doesn't stand by their furniture sad legacy for Bob who cared about his customers. They don't stand by their product. I got one fixed the guy wouldn't let me pay by credit card for fixing the couch and since I was in the store 3 weeks ago still my couch has not been fixed. I called the Muskogee store, the guy I talked to there said he would give me a call back he was getting a hold of the owner, no call, no fix. I don't recommend shopping in the Grove Bob Loftis no customer service..no guarantee and a couch isn't suppose to last more than a year. And the hispanic man scoffed at me said you bought in 2017 no I bought one in 2017 liked it so much came back and bought the match, in 2018 didn't know Bob Loftis furniture is such poor quality.

I purchased a bedroom set from Bob Loftis in Bartlesville 1/10/11. After 3 weeks, I noticed a hump on one side of the mattress. I realize the Fairfield mattress I purchased was not top of the line costing $500.00 total purchase was $1628.00. I called and spoke with Sandy my sales person. She advised they would check the protocol. I called back still no protocol answer. Finally, I received a call from Mark asking what the problem seemed to be. I told him I was not sure if stitching was coming loose or what. He asked has anyone been pulling on treads, I answered my daughter is 24 years old and do not believe she would be pulling threads from mattress. He asked has any tags been removed or any stains. I told him tags not removed and stain free. Mark told me well I was going to make my mattress order next week but guess he could make order sooner for replacement. I answered no hurry go ahead and make your order as planned. After a few weeks, I called and spoke with Mark again and he said my paperwork has been lying on his desk and for some reason it has been over looked. He asked has anyone come to inspect the mattress. I answered no you told me in last conversation you would order and call when it came in. Well Mark did send two very nice young men on 3/22/11 to come look at mattress. To make a long story short Mark would not replace the reason being the hump was caused by not turning mattress and being 3 months old. I explained my problem was reported 3 weeks after purchase. My daughter weighs 100 lbs and to be honest I did not turn mattress the first 3 weeks.
