Lovely place to buy books and gifts locally. Lots of character and thoughtful owners. Named after their dog, Bliss, a sweet pup. A must-do while in Stillwater.

Such a great book store! It's bug but still cozy and welcoming. Like I'd love to grab a book and cozy spot to hangout for awhile. I love that it's a mix of new and old and collectors books and magazine. All great priced. They even have cute book themed Knick-knacks. The owner/worker was the sweetest. He really knows what he is doing, I could tell he loved books just as much as us. I can't wait to come back and back and back again to find new treasures!!!!

Poor selection and sky high prices for used books. No decor to speak of, thus no ambiance. They have a dog in occasionally, if you like that type of thing.

This is a great local bookstore with a good variety of books, cards, and novelties. I always love seeing the dog walk around greeting everyone and give him a pet. There's a donation jar that goes to the humane society.

The store is named after the owner's dog who is reliably at the store during business hours. Need I say more? Seriously, bliss provides Stillwater with a much needed bookstore. It's been a while but the interior is nice and there are a range of options! I especially loved that they had a "blind date" rack of books. These were books that were wrapped so you could see the cover and on the wrapping paper a short General description was written about the book. LOVE! I wanted to support them during the pandemic but (wrongly) assumed I couldn't order from them online. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a really nice online ordering system with many books. They also had a pickup option (free) and two different shipping ones including one that was extremely affordable. Can't wait to get my books!
