My first time coming here was great. But this time when I came back it was not good, service was okay, there were lots of things out of stock , like drinks and certain food from the menu. The rice was old, not fresh from that day. Too much lettuce, tortillas were overcooked. Bathroom was not clean either. I'm not sure what happened, since the last time I came.

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Beans are delicious and fresh. Birria was very meaty and hearty. Consumme was spectacular, super flavorful. Prices aren't that bad considering the portion sizes. This place is a must try for anyone passing through okc.Service was fine, there were plenty of waiters around. I would make a reservation though if you need to eat at a certain time. The restaurant is not huge but there's parking around the side and more behind the building.

Birrieria Diaz has the best authentic Mexican food in Oklahoma City. Family owned and operated from Southern California today I had the Verde pork Pozole. The Verde had a nice fresh lime taste and the pork was tender as well as the harmony. The soup just topped with shredded lettuce and avocado absolutely delicious. My hubby ordered the lunch Pastor tacos, which came with refried beans and Mexican rice. The refried beans are delicious. The pastor tacos were tender and flavorful with chunks of pineapple. The restaurant is very busy. The service is friendly and fast.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday at 2:00 without a reservation. We arrived and I completely didn't realize we could have made a reservation on Yelp. Note to self - make a reservation! We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our party of 6. A party of 4 was able to walk in and be seated immediately before us. The restaurant was decorated with authentic decor and spacious. Definitely a busy place!Out of all the things we ordered, everyone enjoyed their dishes. The parrillada was awesome and even if it only is supposed to be for 2 people, it could definitely feed at least 3-4. The fajitas were fresh and sizzling. The shrimp a la diabla was very flavorful. Actually ALL of it was! The only item that was just okay was the birria tacos. Granted the consume was there and helped but the meat was dry by itself if you didn't dip it in consume. But otherwise, there was lots of flavor. Would recommend!

The first time I came here I was obsessed with the food. Second time I was very disappointed. It was very crowded when I first got here which didn't help the fact that it's so hot inside already. Server was good and our food didn't take too long to come out considering all the people but maybe it should have. My Birria taco didn't have much meat despite how it looks in the picture, it wasn't crispy at all, and the dipping sauce was way too salty. My taco was okay but the cheese wasn't even melted all the way. I don't think I will be back. I've found other amazing Mexican restaurants in the area anyways.

Service was amazing. Brunch was even better. Everyone was very welcoming and made us feel like family. Pics uploaded. We will be back for sure.

I love everything about this place! The food was amazing and came out really quickly. The initial chips and dip they bring out are great. The drinks are amazing too and come in really cool cups. Plus you get a hefty size drink for the price that it is. Waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We came here twice in one week since it was so good. Would definitely recommend!

Authentic! The food is great -I would travel here just to eat here. Even the rice & beans are made right
