I flew up to Tulsa from San Antonio to buy a Lincoln MKZ from Bill Knight and was happy with how seamless the process was. From the beginning my salesperson, Marc Nellis, kept the lines of communication open and everything was transparent. He even picked me up from the airport. I had already been pre approved for financing so it was just a matter of going over the terms and signing the paperwork. They made sure my car was detailed, washed, and had a full tank of gas. In a little more than an hour I was driving off the lot and back to San Antonio with my new MKZ. Customer service reigns supreme with Bill Knight Lincoln!

This location was very friendly the guys know there jobs the kept me updated by text day by day and do great work even pay for my ride home and return to pick up my car when it was ready. In 2013 my husband and I went to this dealership to look at cars. We found the car we wanted to purchase but we were made to wait for a hour while another couple was negotiating for it. I guess they figured we couldn't afford it When they found out we were paying cash you should have seen the difference in attitude.We went in today to purchase another Lincoln because our car had been totaled. We got the same treatment we did the first time we went in. They more or less ushered us to the door. I forgot to mention that we were paying cash again. Oh well, they are not the only dealer in the tri state area.

At 5:20 pm I had not heard from anyone about the status of my car. I called the service department and they told me the work was complete. I had to request a shuttle from my office to the dealership. I was assured it would be taken care of. Nearly an hour later, I had to call a second time to find out if they had forgotten about me again. Minutes later the driver showed up to take me to my car.Repairs were done properly but ten hours (start to finish) for an oil change seemed a bit extreme.

Let me tell you something about Honesty and Integrity! These 2 things are SO important to me!!My car had an issue. I took it to Bill Knight Lincoln. After a diagnosis they told me it would be 13,000 to fix my Lincoln MKX and that my engine was blown. They offered me a WHOPPING $250 FOR MY NICE CAR.I was in shock!! I was like ummmm NO if I wanted to do anything I could crush it and make more than that!Anyhoo long story short I was referred to J & P to have a look at it and BOY WAS I SO HAPPY!I HAD BEEN LIED TO!! Not only was my engine not blown but my costs for MULTIPLE items repaired including a tune up and new battery????? Under $1,800 BUCKS yes that's right!!They took car and fixed my car like it was their mommas!10 STARS for them!!!! If you need a vehicle fixed definitely check them out.Prior to this I had good experiences. Your mechanics should be ashamed absolutely lying to get business.I will never return there ever. If they had a ZERO star I would GIVE A ZERO!!!!

Omg, I have never been ignored in a car dealership! I went there active looking to buy a car and the dude they put me wish totally blew me off, left me sitting at his desk for 25 minutes ( he could've sent someone else over if he was busy with another customer but nope, that didn't happen) I jgot up and left. I wouldn't do business with these as*h*les if they fricking GAVE me a car. HORRIBLE customer service. Wish there was an option for ZERO stars.

Do not even think of buying a Volvo. Dealing with their service department has been a nightmare. Wife dropped the car off the first time for a hesitation. They said nothing was wrong. Broke down on a 2 1/2 hour drive home. Was towed back to them. Also to be noted, service department every time says it's going to be a while as they are short. Vehicle is under warranty. No loaner car. Once again we picked the car up. No sooner wife gets back home it breaks down again. It's towed back to Volvo. Now you would think after all this trouble they would find a loaner. No. Now they say they will have it at least three weeks and don't know what's wrong with it. We've had BMW and Toyotas. Always the best of services. Wife was ready to either trade for a new Aviator or XC 90. With this service I wouldn't put a quarter in their soda machine, let alone buy a car from them. Worst experience ever.

We bought our Lincoln Aviator April of this year. Last week we had an issue with it that needed attention. We had about 12,000 miles on it. When we called we were told that the service department was booked for the next 2 months. The sales team of Bill Knight Lincoln was wonderful to work with. But when I bought the car I would have never in my wildest dreams believed that I could not expect good service after the sale, especially with a relatively high end car. Next car I buy will certainly not be from them. I realize their service department is busy but that is not my fault. The only fault on my part would have been to not look into their service department

Out of ideas on how to resolve this issue... My husband bought me a beautiful brand new Lincoln Aviator in August, went all out and bought black label. It's stunning. We drove it off the lot knowing it needed to come back for some parts they needed to order, just cosmetic stuff.We are on our 3rd trip to the service center. This time it has been at the service center since October 2nd. I've made two payments on this beautiful car and haven't driven it once in over 2 months. We get no calls with updates from the service center, no resolution in sight. I'm frustrated beyond words.What's funny is that a week or so ago I got an alert on my Lincoln app that my car was going into "deep sleep mode". Was my car sitting there not getting worked on or did you drain my battery? I am expecting immediate response and resolution to this issue. We have been MORE THAN PATIENT.
