In town to visit a beautiful lady. Didn't realize my car needed service. I normally be on top of that. So I was shocked. Tires was all low on air. I got my oil changed much faster than I thought. Had a license bulb out. Didn't know that. Got that replaced cheaper than expected. Seen all the bad reviews. Glad that God blessed me to have a good experience.

I've dealt with a few other Ford dealerships in the area and these guys are the best! I love that I can call them and they will pick up my Bronco and drop it off any time I need a service done. They are professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I trust my vehicle with them.

Wife's car had a recall for the front brake lines. On her 2016 Ford Fusion Took it to bill Knight Ford went down at the end of the day to pick it up. Cause how long can it take to put 2 brake lines on the front end of your car? I asked Ava to check the brakes before she drove very far by pumping it at least a couple times to see if it would stop. Guess what happened, the pedal went right to the floor So then the service guy comes out and drives it to the back then In about 20 minutes later, comes back. Says it's all fixed now because they forgot to bleed the right side and had all kinds of excuses. There is no excuse, sorry. Wouldn't help my wife's life if she couldn't have stopped when she got on the highway. But do you think they called me or said anything to me? Even after talking to the service manager. And he was gonna go to talk to somebody. No, but hell, But I bet the technician that did this job has all kinds of little nice badge is on his uniform, saying how smarty he is. But all we have is excuses, excuses doesn't save lives. Sorry doesn't fix some things. The sad thing is the recall on. This was because the brake lines could explode. And then you wouldn't have any brakes. But then we take it to the dealership. And we have no brakes. Cause they don't know what they're doing, BEWARE

Had an Oil Change on Monday Morning Oct 21st, 2024, and when I left, I drove towards OKC. Had a large smell of oil and little smoke. Lifted the hood and noticed the oil dip stick was sticking out at least 8-10 inches and Oil on the engine block. Completely unacceptable when I just bought this vehicle 5 months ago at Bill Knight Ford. Lost all confidence in Bill Knight.

How many people other than myself are receiving unsolicited email advertisements for Bill Knight Ford that do NOT contain the FEDERAL REQUIRED option for either opting out or unsubscribing from further notifications from Bill Knight Ford.I have better things to do with my day, than DELETING four to eight emails each day.

What they did fix was ok, but they had the car for 9 days. One main thing they were asked to fix they did not because they could not duplicate the problem on their instruments. Even after i sent them pictures of the dash with the warning on the dash this was not good enough. This was my first experience with Bill Knight Ford, and probably my last. I will go to another Ford dealership. Bill Knight Ford is where this vehicle was bought, but I was not impressed with their timeliness and there were a few other issues. In addition, this particular location is difficult to get to right now with all the construction, which is not their fault.

I just recently bought a used car from Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa, OK. We had just left our bank before test driving the vehicle and deciding that we were going to purchase the vehicle. We informed the sales rep that we had already been pre approved through our bank. We gave them the paper work and he sent us to finance. Finance then proceeded to run our credit without permission! Which is highly illegal! When we contacted them, they brushed us off like it was no big deal! Told us that it doesn't effect our credit that much or for very long! I just would like to know what makes someone think they can run someone else credit WITHOUT permission! I will NEVER take my business there again! Plus the car had a faulty tire sensor I informed them about after test drive and they never fixed it, just told us to go to Discount Tire to get it fixed! Like, are they not suppose to do this? They also didn't offer to wash the car or clean it, nor charge it fully. They put it on a slow charger when we live an hour away when it was at 20 miles left and then gave us the car with 40 miles on it! Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying a car! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

This "dealership" is a nightmare:To get in and out ofCommunicate withMake appointments withGet calls returned from, etc. They are demeaning and will blame YOU for THEIR mistakes.Against advice, my wife tried a third time to connect with these under-achievers. We now drive to a different dealership outside of Tulsa for service.I have heard similar horror stories from many other patrons.

For one reason or another I usually do not choose a dealer for my auto repair. Probably because I never found one I liked or trusted. Bill Knight Ford proved to hit all of the marks. Marco Flores, my advisor kept me informed and took care above and beyond expectations. My vehicle was picked up from my residence and returned the next day! You couldn't ask for better service. When I did go to the service center it was easy to navigate. There is a lane for simple stuff like oil changes so you don't have to have an appointment, just "come on in". If you're looking for a dealership you can trust for your Ford, look no farther.

Avoid Ford trucks and particularly this dealership! Continual problems with my 2020 Raptor, made even worse by a dealer who took my vehicle in for service and spent months repairing it, with poor communication and missed completion dates. It was necessary for me to research each problem and point to TSBs that the staff seemed unaware of. Service managers poorly trained and often have no Problems we have faced in the last year include transmission problems (ultimately a rebuild), smoke discharge (oil feed to the turbochargers), front end (missing bolts) and differential (new pinon gears in front an rear), all in a vehicle which was well maintained and only 60,000 miles. When we took our truck to a different dealer we learned that Bill Knight had been authorized to do warranty repairs by Ford that were not even completed! A severe indictment of both this dealership and Ford Motor. Supply chain problems are also hidden from buyers, who discover these issues when their vehicles are unavailable for weeks or months. Loaner cars are often cheap models with ridiculous limits. Abusive service and poor quality from what used to be America's #1 automaker.
