The Ford Dealership is bad at communicating and passing along information when trying to get your car taken care of and when we were stopped by we observed a lot of horse play and bad customer service in the service area. I would not recommend this place to drop your car off or them ever getting back with you. I hope this was an isolated incident but I am just explaining my experience.

Wife's car had a recall for the front brake lines. On her 2016 Ford Fusion Took it to bill Knight Ford went down at the end of the day to pick it up. Cause how long can it take to put 2 brake lines on the front end of your car? I asked Ava to check the brakes before she drove very far by pumping it at least a couple times to see if it would stop. Guess what happened, the pedal went right to the floor So then the service guy comes out and drives it to the back then In about 20 minutes later, comes back. Says it's all fixed now because they forgot to bleed the right side and had all kinds of excuses. There is no excuse, sorry. Wouldn't help my wife's life if she couldn't have stopped when she got on the highway. But do you think they called me or said anything to me? Even after talking to the service manager. And he was gonna go to talk to somebody. No, but hell, But I bet the technician that did this job has all kinds of little nice badge is on his uniform, saying how smarty he is. But all we have is excuses, excuses doesn't save lives. Sorry doesn't fix some things. The sad thing is the recall on. This was because the brake lines could explode. And then you wouldn't have any brakes. But then we take it to the dealership. And we have no brakes. Cause they don't know what they're doing, BEWARE

Not super satisfied with this place. I came in on a saturday with an issue with the drivers seat not scooting forward and they couldn't fit me in (completely understandable) so I made an appointment for Monday. Monday I showed up for my appointment and let me add that every time I walked into this establishment NO ONE at the desk spoke to me until they were done with whatever they were doing on the computer (or finishing a story they were telling a coworker lmao). So when I came in on Monday morning they said I wasn't on the schedule but if I wanted to leave my car they could do it that NIGHT. So my car is extremely difficult to drive at this point because I'm 5'0 and the drivers seat is scooted all the way back. So I reschedule for Wednesday. Wednesday I come in and they have my appointment scheduled for the completely wrong thing but we corrected it. After sitting in the waiting room for about an hour I left and get a call back saying the problem with my seat will cost $1300 because they have to completely replace the part. I'm annoyed with the price but it's not their fault right? So I'm a college student and can't afford that so I decline. My mom took my car in to the ford in my hometown and they REPAIRED the part and it costed less than $200. LOL. The person who repaired it at ford in Texas said there was a necklace stuck in the track but he fixed it. But this establishment wanted to replace the entire thing and didn't even notice the necklace stuck. So I had to pay $80 for them to wrongly diagnose the problem. SO glad I didn't spend $1300 because this place was too lazy to find the problem. Glad this establishment sent me a text about leaving a review or I wouldn't have thought to review it! :)

I highly recommend avoiding this dealership/service center. Save yourself the stress and money. There are so many local mechanics that value integrity, honesty, and open communication at a fraction of the price.Our experience at Bill Knight Ford has been a nightmare. We originally went in for radiator hoses that we thought would be covered under warranty. They were not, but the service center did find a long list of other "issues" we were unaware of. We told them to fix whatever was covered under warranty with our $100 deductible. A local mechanic quoted us a few hundred dollars to fix the radiator hoses, the same problem Bill Knight Ford wanted to charge literally thousands for! Going elsewhere was a no-brainer!We would have never went to Bill Knight in the first place, but that is who took our warranty. When we told them just to fix what the warranty will cover under our $100 deductible, they demanded we pay additional money for their diagnostic services that we didn't ask for. We knew what was wrong with it because of the free diagnostic the other mechanic did. On two occasions we were told our car would be done by a certain date only to be told on that day it's been pushed back another few days/week due to low staff, not having time to get started on it, ect. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, not returned, or extremely delayed. They were unapologetically rude and unprofessional. 10/10 recommend going anywhere but here.

Had a great experience just buying a used Mini from Bill Knight Ford. Jeff Hubert was fantastic - very responsive to our inquiries and getting back with us - getting pics for us and a pure delight getting to meet with him and getting our car from him. We were coming in from Texas and told him we would be there about noon on Saturday. We pulled into the lot, and he was already in action getting us access to the car and greeting us as we got out of our car. Also got to meet Andy who told us the history of the car and how they got it and he was also a pleasure and will relay the info that the min went to a "good MINI home" to the original owner. It was fun to meet and share info with them both. Andy also invited us to have some BBQ with them, but we chose to get back on the road to get back to Texas. A real wonderful team. And that also includes Tom the finance man who really knows his stuff. Loved that all of our paperwork went home with us on a USB disc/stick. Was wonderful and didn't have to worry about papers flying away or anything. A very great, personal and professional team. Can't thank Jeff enough! Awesome dude and team!

We were in from out of state and had problems with brakes & tie rods on our truck that our hometown dealership overlooked. Bill Knight Ford got us right in. They were fast, friendly, and helpful. They made sure our truck was ready before we were scheduled to head home. Can't thank them enough!

2 years ago, I went in for an oil change and because I was at a certain mileage, they did an overall check on my car. A week or so later, my AC stopped working in my car (the air would blow but it never got cold). I took it back to the ford dealership in my hometown (not this one) and they told me way too much freon had been put in. I didn't do that myself and no one else had worked on my car since I had my oil changed at this dealership. I have had my oil changed at the Enid dealership since this incident. I went back in because my car was leaking oil and my warranty would cover it. I knew what was wrong because Direct Discount Tires on Main Street told me what part I needed (they were great and so helpful). I called three times and waited on hold for 10 minutes each time before the ford service department answered my call. I finally got an appointment and dropped it off early in the morning. I never received any updates or calls. I called at the end of each day to ask if it was ready and was never told a time estimate (I was on hold for 5+ minutes each time as well). I was told after I called the first time that it wouldn't be ready that day but most definitely by the end of tomorrow. When I called at the end of the second day, I was told it was "nowhere close to being done" but I could take it home for the weekend if I wanted. I went to pick it up and when I walked into the service office, I did not receive a single greeting or acknowledgement although no one was on the phone or visibly busy. They also misplaced my key. I am a female college student and was not treated with the same enthusiasm as older customers. This is also my only form of transportation so it was very frustrating to never receive updates. I will not be returning after the treatment I have received twice.

I recently had minor accident where I needed my passenger side mirror, one wheel, and both hubcaps on my 2012 Focus replaced. When I called to make my appointment, I was told that the mirror would take a little while since they needed to order parts, but that my wheel could be fixed that morning, and then I could go home and bring it back in later for the mirror. When I get there, the service staff informed me that this wasn't the case, and they needed to order parts for the wheel as well. This was Tuesday the 17th. I leave my car there, and don't hear back until an entire week later, where I'm told that the mirror they ordered needed to be painted (over $200 for a couple square inches of paint) which was not in my original quote, so I declined. Then, on Friday, a full week and a half after bringing my car in, they inform me that they only ordered one hubcap and not 2, so if I wanted them to add the second one it would be about another week, and an additional $70. I declined again and ordered my own for $25 online, and will try to figure out how to install it myself. I've always had good experiences taking my car here for routine maintenance so I wasn't at all expecting the service department to be so horribly organized. I was without my car for way longer than acceptable, they forget several things in the quote, and didn't order the correct parts. When I had a Toyota I always had a great experiences getting it services at the dealership, but Stillwater Ford seems to not care much at all about their service department beyond doing routine maintenance. I'll be taking my car elsewhere from now on.
