It's really great sandwiches. The three cheese avocado sub is really rich for a vegetarian option and extremely filling. I love the tabouli that is made fresh daily. That dining area is always clean and sanitary, as well as the bathrooms. The staff is helpful and cheerful.

Within walking distance (literally under 5 mins) & around noon, this is the epitome of a lunch spot & was the perfect time for a sandwich. Having something else in mind (due to their menu on the website), I ended up going with the BBQ Beef sandwich. Comes with BBQ beef & cheese and baked. The sandwich being simplistic is always my route, I added jalapeños to give it a kick. You can choose between white or wheat bread (went with wheat), the meat was PILED. Nice & messy, leaves meat leftover to scoop up with chips (something I might or might have not done). Between a small & large, I got the large, I'd say it's a choice between 6 inch & foot long by the look of my sandwich. So many options from this place: Salads, baked potatoes, gyros & so forth along with a plethora of chips, cookies & baklava. I'm surprised they weren't packed, I caught them at the RIGHT time for when I ordered + paid, the lunch rush started. Your wait won't be long, friendly worker, items are under $10.

I had only been to Bill and Ruth's one or two times before, and was excited when I learned they were opening this new location. It had been a while since I had been here, so I honestly didn't remember much about it, so coming to this location was extra cool.It was obviously very clean because it's still so new. The staff was a bit all over the place, but I'm hoping that they will get more attentive with more practice the longer this place is open. It's just that we ordered and then were left standing there confused with what to do next (and despite having about 10 people working back there, there was no one at the register for us to pay, and we didn't know if we should wait up there for our food or grab a table). No one really helped us out much, but again, I'm pretty positive they'll get into the swing of things once they've been opened longer.I came for dinner on short notice, and since I had a sandwich for lunch I decided to order something else from the menu, even though I think the sandwiches are kind of their main deal. If I knew I would come here for dinner I would have had something else for lunch, but oh well! The frito chili pie sounded good, so I ordered that with everything on it (cheese, onions, and jalapeños). I really enjoyed the jalapeños in it! Surprisingly enough, as much as I love spicy food and adding extra spice to my meals, I don't think I've ever had jalapeños in my chili before. Big thanks to Bill and Ruth's for opening my eyes to this delicious flavor combo!!! What would have made it even better is if the jalapeños were cut more into chunks rather than slices. The chili itself was also good, with a pretty standard flavor. I wish there was more of the chili though, just because it seemed like there were more of the chips than the chili and I just tend to like it with less fritos anyway. However, I can't knock it down too much for that because I have to remember that FRITO chili pie is different from just CHILI (with some fritos), so on some level I get it. Maybe a good plan is for me to ask for the chips on the side next time. Even though I wanted more chili, it was more of a ratio issue than a portion issue. In fact, the chili came in a much bigger bowl than I expected. I got pretty close, but didn't quite finish it all even. The same thing goes with the portions of everything else that people I was with ordered too. This probably wouldn't always be my first choice, but I wouldn't mind coming back again. I'd definitely like to give one of their sandwiches a shot at least!

This is one of my favorite Bill & Ruth's. I get the gyro or chicken sub most often. They are faster to prepare food during a rush than some other B&R's.

I've become a regular here. They know what I want to eat as soon as I walk in the door. They are the nicest people and the food is always fast and fresh. I always get the daily specials and they stack so much meat on those sandwiches, it's great. Always so full I have to split the sandwich for 2 meals. Guaranteed better decision to eat here than any subway, jimmy Johns or any other chain sandwich shop. Make the smart choice and eat here.

I order from here on grub hub pretty frequently and they are always delicious. Their ingredients are fresh and they have a variety of different options. When I found out they had gyros, I was over the moon excited and tried one. Definitely recommend!

Bill & Ruth's is a great alternative to the chain sub places around town. This was my first time eating at Bill & Ruth's, from the suggestion of a co-worker. This is a short walk from my work, so it is very convenient when in a hurry for lunch. When I walked in, it wasn't what I expected. This is a family run restaurant with the feel of home. There are daily specials and other meals besides just subs. There are plenty of tables and space. However, I am told there is usually a lunch rush with a line out the door. I would suggest going after lunch or right before. I am a sandwich purest, so I only get meat and cheese. There are only two options for bread, white or wheat. There are many different variations in subs, with lots of meats and veggies. I got turkey and american cheese on white. The turkey was very fresh and sliced up, like from a butchers counter. The cheese was graded, instead of by the slice; this was nice surprise. The overall sandwich seemed more fresh. It was a very tasty sub, and I will choose Bill & Ruth's instead of Subway any day!
