Bill & Ruth's Sandwich and Sushi

Very cute place with an interesting but simple concept: they make sandwiches/deli foods and sushi. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this place since people who want sushi can come here and people who don't want sushi can also come here but get food from their sandwich/deli menu.The couple who owns the place were very sweet and service was quick.Was it the best sushi I've ever eaten? No, BUT, the quality was good and the actual sushi taste was good. I got the salmon, avocado, and cucumber roll and it scratched the sushi itch I've had for the past couple of months. Give this place a try if you're in the area!

Try the sushi! A friend posted her catering platter of sushi from Bill & Ruth's and I was mad skeptical. But I finally popped by to try it out and it this place did NOT disappoint. I ordered their two specialty rolls. One with an assortment of fresh fish and the other with all types of eel variations. My only lingering desire was for a wasabi with more bite. Other than that, my rolls were warm with soft rice, fresh fish and a delicious cream sauce rolled to perfection. The location is very unassuming, a divey sandwich shop, but don't let that fool you. Try the sushi.

Was craving some quick sushi at a casual place and ran into this spot.Interesting combination of sushi and sandwiches which can be great for eating with other people who don't enjoy sushi.The rolls were good portion, fish was fresh, place was clean and service was good. I'm giving it 5 stars for what the place is a no frills casual and clean family friendly restaurant with good food.

This is one of the best bill and Ruth's in town. They have sandwiches, chili, potatoes, and SUSHI! The menu has a huge variety. Personally, I've only had the sushi as i am obsessed with it. This day I ordered sushi on their website, it was ready the moment I arrived. I must add a lot of friends love this place for sushi and rave about the price.The restaurant itself is small with booths and sometimes hot. They turned on the AC once when I requested it last summer. Only critique I have. I can't speak for the rest of the food but will definitely be back for a sandwich at lunch since work is near.

The food here was amazing! The menu is very extensive as well. I highly recommend the drip sandwich and the hummus with pita bread.

It's a classic sub shop with an Asian twist. Very rarely do you find a place with good subs and good sushi

I would never have come to a Bill and Ruth's sub shop for sushi, but my neighbor said it was great here and other Yelp reviews had good things to say.This is really good sushi. I ordered a seaweed salad and an assortment of nigiri sushi. It all tasted great! I was shocked even with all the reviews. For straight nigiri, it was as good as I have had in Tulsa anywhere. I didn't get any rolls, but I am sure they are good. Highly recommend it. I will be going back for sure.

I would have never guessed that you could find good sushi at Bill and Ruth's. Try the Kristin! It's great!

The sushi is amazing. Very fresh and delicious. I am also obsessed with the pastrami and cheese sub. This place is very well taken care of. It is always clean and the service is great. I highly suggest!

Went here because it was close to my work & read reviews that sushi was good. Idk where these people have been eating sushi.... Butttt this was prob the worst sushi I've ever eaten. Poor ingredients & poorly prepared. It was miserably hot inside( granted it's blazing hot outside) but it was an issue only because the sushi and the temp in the room were one in the same which kinda made my stomach churn . Not good when eating fish . I'm not sure why my rolls were warm , but I did hear a microwave ding @ one point . My 5 year olds roll was giant , which was suppose to be only rice shrimp tempura, and cucumber . He took the liberty to add cream cheese , crab & eel sauce - so she did not eat it . All this said , I could still give this 3 stars if it was a bargain price or had phenomenal service ... unfortunately neither happened. The 3 rolls & kids sub was $45.00 ! I could have went to sushi Hana and had real crab for this price . I have to say this was a one and done. I won't make this mistake again
