I ordered an avocado and cheese sandwich today. What I got was essentially a shredded lettuce sandwich. Avoid this place.

The sandwiches they make are good. I forgot to say no italian dressing on mine but that was my fault. My father raved about this place so when I was home sick I had my boyfriend go out and get me a sandwich. Solid food here.

This is a great place for sub sandwiches. Got a ham and turkey sub which comes with provolone, tomato, lettuce, mayo, and Italian dressing. I added onions for no charge and you can also add pickles, olives, and other sauces if you like. They also have hot sandwiches, baked potatoes, chili, and spaghetti. I tried the spaghetti which was okay but the real star here are the subs. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

Large portions at reasonable prices -- just what the doctor ordered for fast, well prepared lunches. In my opinion (humble as it may be), this is the best Bill & Ruth's in Tulsa -- and that's saying a lot, as there are plenty to go around. No trip to Tulsa would be complete for me without at least one quick but worthwhile lunch at this B & R location.Nice!

rarely do I give a 5 star rating to any place. don't believe me, read my reviews. there are reasons this place deserves the 5 star rating.1) the food, is always consistently good. sure their human and may make a mistake once in rare while, like another review pointed out with a "gyro". BUT did she mention the problem/mistake to them, and give them a chance to fix it, or did she just get pissed off and leave. sounds like the latter. sorry, but don't believe it's fair to complain, bitch, and moan if don't give them the chance to "fix" the problem/mistake. whenever I rarely had a problem/mistake they fixed it "no problem", with an apology for the problem/mistake, and a great attitude, and a friendly smile.2) the quality of the food is always fresh, and the portion sizes are very generous.unlike some other "sub" places in town.3) the price. have heard "complaints" about the price, that "subway" is cheaper. really, really. well here's the cold hard, concrete facts.the fact is "subway" is NOT cheaper. ok, "subway" offers 4 subs for $5 each, but ONLY 4 different subs, no real selection, no real choice. this "bill & ruth's" sub shop offers "daily specials", EVER DAY, 7 days a week.that's 7 different subs, a different sub for each day of the week, NOT just 4 subs like "subway" offers.also ALL the "daily specials" include a drink and a bag of chips.ALL the "daily specials" include a full "footlong" sub sandwich, a drink and a bag of chips for UNDER $10. just try and get a footlong "club" sub, or half the other sub sandwiches on the menu, a drink, and a bag of chips for under $10 from "subway", there's "no way".4) last but by no means least is the owner himself, "hassan", a very nice, kind, and friendly man who has devoted over 20 years of his life to building, growing, and establishing the BEST "bill & ruth's" sub shop in t-town, tulsa, oklahoma."hassan" and his wonderful family live and grew up in tulsa.try and find a "subway", where someone, hell anyone has worked there for 20 years, even 10 years, hell even 5 years, they DO NOT exist."subway" is a chain restaurant, with locations all over the country, sadly known for high employee "turn over", because they don't pay their employees a decent wage, and treat their employees like crap.unfortunately, they treat their customers hardly better than their employees.5) buy from and support locally, family owned "hassan's" bill & ruth's sub shop, the BEST sub shop in t-town, tulsa, oklahoma.work, live, and support "tulsa", and our great "tulsa" businesses.(sorry, for the long and wordy review, but a great place like "hassan's" bill & ruth's sub shop and "hassan" himself, deserves a long and praise worthy review.)

I cannot even begin to express how great the service and food was from this location. I did a last minute-same day catering order for boxed lunches for my company team and the gentleman was able to provide my order and have it ready for me in an hour and a half. The food was fantastic. The bread was so soft, it was loaded with meat and cheese and other toppings, wasn't skimpy at all! We were so pleased to have this delicious meal! Definitely recommend this location.

Love eating lunch here! The owner and his family are always hospitable. Their meats and cheeses always taste fresh. They will customize any sandwich without a fuss. I've tried several items (sandwiches, three way chili, potatoes, salads) and have liked them all. They definitely do not skimp on items like some sub shops. Their prices are very reasonable. I have tried several other Bill N Ruth's around town. This is the best one hands down!!

Starting coming here 20 years ago(gosh has it really been that long) I don't live in town now, but visited here recently and so happy, the same guy owns it. He is very friendly and makes a darn GOOD sandwich. My favorite is the East Coast Hoagie. YUMMY!! I have tried others around time and this is the BEST Bill and Ruth's BTW.

A Tulsa classic. Probably the best local sub shop in town. I always appreciate the freshly baked bread, top of the line meat products, and fresh veggies. The twist here is their use of a creamy italian dressing AND mayonnaise on most sandwiches. Of course they are more than willing to make the sandwich any way you want.Try the 3 cheese and avocado if its your first time, you won't be disappointed. Besides cold cuts, they also have some interesting choices like sausages.A foot long can feed a family or at least fill you up for the rest of the day.

Would have given it 0 stars if I could have been allowed. DO NOT get the gyros. Microwaved meat and bread. Not edible. A waste of money. One bite and it turned my stomach. My husband got the potato salad as well and he said he the potato salad tasted like a mouthful of mustard. Spent almost 30.00 for a lunch I could have bought at Auldis for around 12.00. (They have prepackaged kits for 7.99) Love the Bill and Ruth's in Broken Arrow. This one? I will never go to again. The manager/owner even walked by and saw that I had only taken one bite. Didn't say anything. Bad service, bad food, and over priced.
