B&R has been advertising a Mediterranean Grain Bowl on their marquee most of the summer. I finally tried it. Would I order it again? Probably. But know that it's more of a rice bowl. It was an interesting mix of rice, a few lentils, delicious hummus, lovely Tzatziki sauce, a chickpea salad, and some pickled veggies. It was a good combo. I wish it had been quinoa or bulgur instead of rice but I'm still happy I ordered it. It was a pretty substantial portion and could have been shared for lunch.I will be reading their marquee as I go by to see what other specials they offer.

Cash register lady rude and lazy. Napkin dispenser empty near her, instead of filling, she directed me to other nearly empty one. Asked about ingredient in $12 bowl, she pointed to picture, "That." Another lady talked non-stop about personal life checked her phone with gloved hand, hope she's not food prep. Wheat bun crumbling, barely held sandwich together, not worth $8. Just opened, dirty tables. No manager on duty, obviously.

My goodness, be sure you know exactly how to phrase your order or they will be SO OVER YOU. It's not exactly cheap to eat there, so imagine how stressed out I was when both the lady taking my order and the lady ringing me up were absolutely annoyed that I needed a fraction of a second to order and pay. I'm not a slow person but if you ask them I must have been a rock in the river of life.

Bill and Ruth's is one of my favorite places to stop buy and get a delicious sub you can never go wrong the service is great and always a clean and great environment I just love how Pamela is so welcoming and even though I don't come often she always seems to remember me and my order. She always has a smile on her face and always willing to give out great options on what to pick thank you for your kindness we need more people like you

We used to love eating here under the old ownership, unfortunately tonight was the last time. When we arrived there was only 1 couple eating yet the tables were all dirty, the floor's were dirty and when I filled my drink the soda machine levers were visually grimy and sticky. We ordered 2 kids meals, a cold sub and soup meal that come to find out does not come with a drink and a Rueben sandwich. The food was not even close to good my wife's soup tasted like it was definitely not fresh the sandwich had maybe two slices of deli meat and what seemed like a pound of shredded cheese, the Rueben flavor was decent but extremely greasy. The sad thing is the food listed was $48.00!!!!!!!

Hello I just want to let you all know that the service was very rude they rushed me they acted like they could not hear me I could barely put in order, and they overcharged me $5 and did not tell me that there was an extra charge in fact I had asked if there was an extra charge on the fry and drinks and they said that there was only a 99 cent extra charge on a drink for it to be a large. I got one kid meal and one sandwich which was $9, and then they charge me an extra $5 to upgrade it to make it a combo is very misleading on the menu so please be very careful of what you read and ask questions.

This place used to be good. I don't know or really care what changed because they lost my business. I gave them 3 chances. All 3 times were exaggerated wait times, incorrect orders and the staff has a bad attitude. How many times do we have to tell the order taker "mustard, no freeking 1000 island!!!!!!!!!!" Geez it's frustrating. Not worth the money either. I hope the manager reads this.
