Must try their thai salad!! I know they are a burger joint but literally everything on their menu is delicious. My husband loves their burgers, our sons love their chicken sandwich, and I love their Thai salad... literally can't go wrong! And don't forget to order a shake before you leave. They have the best. You'll leave having to unbutton a button on your jeans, but it's totally worth the calories!

Visited on the evening of Dec. 28th, 2024 I'll start by saying that I worked in the service industry for a long time and when customers spend time and money to go out for dinner they should be taken care of from the time they enter to the time they leave. My party of 7 was treated like a complete inconvenience to the hostesses when we arrived and then by the server from the minute we sat down. The server was rude and wouldn't even look at anyone at our table. When we had a few questions about drinks she actually sighed and talked to us like we were all stupid using one word answers. This girl needs to be washing dishes in the back NOT pretending to be a server. She obviously does not want to be there. She forgot about our appetizer and brought it out with the entrees and without apologies. The food is really good but I will not be back because of the service. They have a lot of training to do. There are way too many other great places with outstanding service in the Rogers area! Skip this one!

The food's probably good inside, but if you're getting takeout, you're wasting your time and money.Gave the guy my order, he was really nice. Waited 30 minutes for one burger and shake, even in the afternoon at 3pm.Got food, but didn't get a shake because it "doesn't show up on the receipt"?? So waited 5 more minutes. Dulce de leche flavor was delicious though.Got home, and the bottom bun was soaked, and I mean SOAKED in oil. To the point where I just discarded it and ate with a fork/knife.And there was SO. MUCH. ARUGULA. There's no way it even adds much to the burger.The fig jam was tasty though, I'll give it that.So that was a fun way to waste $25.

Traditionally I have loved Bog Orange. The past two time here the wait on the order has been crazy and the food not as good as the past. Waited 45 minutes for two burgers and neither came out right. Well done burger was pink and onion straws cold and limp.

Mahi mahi burger is a favorite with their sweet potatoes fries. Service is a great! Even on a busy Friday night, we had an excellent experience. Make your reservation, there were 20 people ahead of us on a Friday night, even the bar seating was full. But they text you to head to them, allowing time to chat outside or shop nearby. Family friendly, there is a large table at the entrance for a large group, may seat 12 people--confirm occupancy and availability prior to arrival.

Food was phenomenal! Good service. Great designer drinks including Boozy Shakes and other cocktail specialties. The "A Shot in the Dark" was awesome! I had the Orange Velvet frozen cocktail which was refreshing. State Fair Fries were delicious! Unami burger was excellent and the Black Angus was cooked to perfection medium rare perfection. Definitely will go there again.

This was our first time here and we loved it. They were short staffed; however, Bruce was an excellent waiter. He memorized our orders and was very attentive to our group. The food was excellent overall. Our group had a mix of burgers and salads. All portions were perfect. The place is great overall with good music.

Big Disappointment at Big Orange. Out of towner, we took family here for holiday dinner. No chips for cheese dip? Go to the store. This is supposed to be their key item??? And service made us feel like we were unwelcome and that we were an inconvenience. Terrible service, unless you like to feel like you are at Dicks Last Resort. Appetizers serviced with dinner entree.... Drinks are small and overpriced. Not a fan at all of this place.

We came to eat with our children for lunch after church. We have five kids and waited over 20 minutes and no one even came by and said hello to our table. The kids were hungry and thirsty and the staff wasn't giving us the time of day. If it were just my husband and I we might have been a little less concerned but with our five children with us it is a little more important to us that we receive timely service! We come here ALL the time and I can honestly say I'm incredibly disappointed. On our way out I overheard the host whispering out how we had decided to walk out. We would not have done so if we would have been served in a timely manner.

Food tastes ok but not great. But felt sick after eating. Never could get a refill on my coke which was really sad because we sat next to the kitchen door so waiters constantly passing us.
