Friday night was packed after a promotional FB post to support them not going out of business. Got in at the bar fast. Great food!

Pretty decent, but the wait was the longest I've seen in years. I guess that can be interpreted as a good thing as far as their popularity, but the place is also tiny and seems ill-equipped to handle said amount of people. The appetizers were very tasty, but the main dishes were kind of disappointing for all 3 of my party members. The noodles look phenomenal, but they're a bit bland and underwhelming. I had to add a bunch of sauce later at home. All in all, technically it's possible I'd return and even have a craving for it, but after the enormous wait and semi-inconvenient location, it's extremely unlikely I'll ever return.

I have been wanting to try this place for some time. I have to admit I wasn't too impressed with the jalapeño fried spring rolls. It was spicy but not a fan of the flavors and texture. We also had the garlic chicken noodles. Loved the flavor and noodles, but the dish was too greasy for my taste. Not sure I would try this place again. Disappointed because I know the noodles are handmade and I want to support a local establishment.

Great service, and cool atmosphere and art; Happy Hour $5 off their shareables every day from 2-5pm and all day Mondays. We had the shareable fried chicken which was delicious! Super moist and flavorful. We tried the Traditional and the Garlic Noods. The Traditional was a bit oily from the chili oil, and it didn't have much flavor (unless you're a BIG chili oil fan). Garlic Noods had great teriyaki/soy sauce flavor, but fair warning, emphasis on garlic. We left with garlic breath. Overall decent food, worth trying if you've never had hand pulled noodles!

The fried enoki mushrooms were really good! I loved that it came with a lemon mayo. They were a little oily. But they were fried, so I can't complain too much about that. There were a lot of people inside and actually waiting for it to open. We had to wait a while to order our food. I tried the cumin braised beef noodles. The noodles were so good. The texture was a yummy chewy bouncy noodle that you want to savor and enjoy! I really love thick noodles and these did not disappoint! Although the price is kind of expensive, I really enjoyed my lunch! My boyfriend got the traditional noodles and added chicken to his and it was delicious too. I'd say the flavor on his was better, but more spicy. Something that would make the cumin braised beef bowl better is if they took all that meat and chopped it up in a little pieces. It was kinda hard to eat a bite of it with the noodles without stabbing it with a fork and biting it off with my teeth first. The service is pretty slow and the prices are high. I do like everything we tried and I like to support local business, but I don't know if I'll be back soon.

Great casual option for a pre-theater dinner only about 10 min from the CivicCenter on Film Row. Started with a Yuzo Splash (light and refreshing, not too sweet) cocktail and the Jalapeño Chicken Eggrolls which were crispy, hot, and just a touch spicy. For mains we had the Traditional Noodles with chicken, Chipotle Garlic Shrimp, and One-Way Fried Chicken. Everything was good and full of flavor. This is definitely a place favored by neighborhood locals, who took advantage of the stash of board games available behind the host stand. We made a reservation just in case, so that's an option if you're on a schedule.

We came in and were seated instantly and had food in front of us ten minutes later! The staff were great and the spicy chicken curry was delicious, tho not what I would call spicy!

I don't have much to say about this place except for that I'm so happy they have a brick and mortar shop now! I can't believe I've not been here sooner. Everything was so good. I tried the chicken and jalapeño eggrolls which were amazing, the traditional with thinly sliced steak was delicious. The steak is cooked rare and the noodles were super spicy, which I love spicy so, for me.. it was perfect. My hubby and son got the traditional with a side of goku steak. They both enjoyed their meals as well. We came on a Friday evening at 7:30PM. We didn't have to wait, and our hostess sat us immediately. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and all the food items we ordered were amazing. Can't wait to try the chicken curry dish next time!

Overall food is good, a bit pricy to add protein since not included in noodle. I would recommend garlic noodle over traditional because it's more flavorful, traditional is kinda plain to me. Also recommend to add steak or shrimp, much better than chicken. The goku steak is well cooked too. I would love to try fried mushrooms but not on the menu anymore. Small place, we gotta wait for a while to get the table. It's downtown so parking could be hard to find and there was a homeless man sat by the glass and window and just staring at everyone inside when we visited.

My wife and I stopped in to BBT yesterday for a late lunch. First time and I was looking forward to experiencing their noodles. Started off with the egg rolls and they did not disappoint. Very tasty. I had their signature dish next and the noodles were fantastic. Same with my wife. Food was above expectations. BUT. The service was not what I would call adequate. Seemed to be a lot of confusion going on with the staff. May have been shift change but please conduct you staff business in the back. The bar was not adequately stocked and when I inquired why there were so many shortages I was told that they did not know who did the ordering. Overall the food was better than we expected the staff and bar need so work.
