Betchan Home Inspections worked with my Mother-in-law and I when she was preparing to sell her house. They were so easy to work with. We called and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday and they were able to come out that same week to preform the inspection. Clint was super nice and very courteous. He took the time to explain to us in terms my mother-in-law and I could understand. When he left, we felt very informed. He said we would have the report by the next day but we had it the very same day! I was amazed at the level of detail in the report He sent us. The report was detailed with high resolution pictures that clearly showed the areas that needed to be fixed with explanations of the needed corrections.
