All the workers are nice and helpful. The store is beautiful. Feels like you are shopping in NY.

I am in town visiting family and currently live in Denver. I asked my mom to stop by Bella's house because what I remember it great service and great selection. Went in to look And remembered they used to offer a birthday discount on one item. My birthday was last week. I went up to the The lady working the desk( curly brown hair) she did not even great me and stared at me blankly she was EXTREMELY rude and snarky when I asked about the discount. She was very bitter and said people only come in once a year to get their discount and never comeback so they reduced the discount- person needs to be present and show a valid ID. I responded that's fine my birthday was last week and she seemed annoyed by me saying this. I was still going to purchase the item and possibly some sunglasses. But she acted like it was a chore to look up the price. I told her never mind. I didn't want to give my money to a business that does not care about politeness or customer service. Its the holidays after All, wouldn't had hurt her to be a little kind and smile. Will never be returning and advise no one else to if they are looking for a welcoming shopping experience.

Unique and affordable won't find it anywhere else in Tulsa. Have to visit when in town.

The customer service here is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, bright, store with items nicely displayed. I ended up buying 4x as much merchandise as planned because of their service alone. They honored a cheaper price I found at the online store of one of their jewelry lines, and I didn't even ask them to do that! I mentioned it to the owner, really just in passing to let her know, and she said she would sell it to me at that price...75% off! I bought 4 items, intending to only buy 1. I'll be back!

This is a very classy upscale boutique with a classy and upscale staff. The ladies here are so warm and welcoming, whenever my hubby and I pop by. The owner is such a precious soul. She really invests in lines that are doing great works in the world and giving back in a beautiful way. It is lovely to watch her blessings and business continue to grow!
