Bebb's Flowers

Wonderful ladies who assisted me and guided me on what I needed for the cemetery. These arrangements were just beautiful and the tips that were given worked great.

I am leaving three stars instead of one because the manager fixed my order. Here was the issue. I ordered two gentle thoughts sprays (deluxe). A picture is posted on their website of what you can expect. There is no description or even list of what flowers will be included, just a picture. It was a surprise when my husband sent a picture of what looked like a poorly designed arrangement that a kid through together (see pictures). I called up, explained why I was upset and after about 10 minutes of banter she finally provided adequate customer service. The thing is, if you are promoting and boasting about how you are the #1, best florist in the area- you need to back it up with results. The customer should never have to tell the manager or owner how to fix their product. We paid approximately $160-$170 in two arrangements, look at the picture of what I got and compare it to their site. All in all, she kept her word and fixed it immediately. The arrangement looked much better and reflected the cost.

Bebb's did the flowers for my Dad's funeral and they were so beautiful. They also did flowers for a friend's wedding and again they were perfect. They always do the flowers for my children's formal events and we get so many complements. I drive the extra miles because I know the flowers will be perfect. They take pride in their work and are very friendly. Beebs is my go to flower shop.
