Astonishingly good sandwiches! Don't let the Food truck fool you! This IS the real deal!! The Pastrami was the best sandwich I have ever eaten!! The pulled pork is the perfect amount of succulent smoke lean pork & good fat! The greens & beans are legendary! Maybe ask Beau what is in those beans to make them sooooo goooood!! This is without a doubt the best Barbecue in the world, and I have eaten my share! Okay more than my share! You wanna make this a regular stop! So many good choices!

Finally made it back and he was open, and wow! Can a food truck be a 5 star restaurant? Well, yeah. The owner was friendly, quick to answer any questions and handed out samples. He does what he loves and it shows! Great bbq, as good as it gets.

When you claim to be open at 11am, it would be nice if you were actually open around that time. Went there last weekend, waited until 11:30, and nobody ever showed. Considering I made a sizeable drive to get there, it would have been nice if y'all posted hours that were remotely like whatever you planned on working that day.

WOWWWWW!!! Stopped by Beau's for the first time today looking for a wedding caterer... I originally had a list of places to visit and try out and I was just so blown away by the customer service and food I'm not even looking to visit the other spots anymore. He worked out an Approx estimate for me right there for his bbq and I sampled the ribs, pulled pork, beans, and slaw. Everything was phenomenally delicious. I've been having a hard time finding FLAVOR in the area and now I can't go anywhere else for bbq! Just look at the richness of the beans in this photo!! Highly recommend!! Will update again after the wedding!

We stopped after finding it on facebook... decided to give it a try... we had chicken with alfredo sauce over pasta... hubby had boudin balls, magic greens and blue cheese slaw... it was all great along with the no name dessert, pie crust, caramel topped with chocolate... whatever it's called, it's yummy... it's more than the price of fast food but you get what you pay for

The blacked chicken alfredeaux is decadent. The boudin balls are by far the best around. The pulled pork Mac & cheese is comfort food at its best. The magic greens are my favorite side. The owner is friendly. Good location in Farmington, so swing by and grab something delicious for lunch or dinner.

Yummy bbq. The blackened chicken pasta is amazing. The mac & cheese is amazing and the greens are amazing. Forgot to give me my drink but I forgot to check for it. Definitely recommend.

Some of the best barbecue you will eat! It's worth the price, and there are lots of options to pick from!

Me and my partner were in town for a trip and found this place off of Google- we both agree that this is the best meal we have had on this entire trip! Absolutely loved it! I'm hoping we can come back before the end of the trip
