What a perfect choice for our 24th Anniversary Celebration. The food is delicious. Our favorite were the venison cheek and octopus. The cocktails were perfect! I live where you find an amazing bartender. Basque is beautifully decorated... I loved the wallpaper in the women's restroom.

We love Restaurant Basque. The service is always fabulous. The ambience is fun. They have a wonderful bar area. The restaurant area has dim lighting, with candles lit on each table. The food is amazing. Our favorites are their olives, crispy potatoes, and their beef carpaccio. I highly recommend for your next date night.

We dined here yesterday evening and had a good overall experience. I like the small plate (tapas) concept. It's a fun way to try a good variety of different foods. Those that stood out were the sardines and roasted okra - absolutely delicious. The roasted quail was also great with a nice sweet / savory mix to it with mascarpone and adobo relish. The service was also very attentive and our waitress was friendly and helpful with her recommendations. Cons: 5% KITCHEN SERVICE CHARGE on our bill. What? I asked them what this was all about...they said "it's so the back of the house can get more equal pay" I found this to be off putting, as it's already a fairly restaurant and squeezing your customer to pay the kitchen staff more is unacceptable. However, a few minutes after we left someone from Basque called and said they were going to refund us the 5% charge, which I appreciated. The funny thing is we had gone next door to their sister restaurant "Amelia's" to get dessert and they too have the 5% kitchen service charge and we just ordered dessert. I also asked the bartender about this and got the same response. Just pay your kitchen staff a little more rather than squeezing the customer or my baseline 20-25% tip to the server will drop to 10-15% as I'm asked to subsidize paying the kitchen staff.

The service was good. The food was a mix. It's like tapas, and each is enough to share between 2 people. I did not care for the mahi mahi. It had a mushy consistency. The bread was crusty, and warm and soft on the inside. We went there for our anniversary. The waiter asked if we had been there before and we said no but it was our anniversary. I don't expect every restaurant to give away food, but sometimes a little concession makes the occasion even nicer. We did not get that.

Went to Basque for the first time recently. We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Pretty decent restaurant for Tulsa albeit a bit pricey for what it offers. This is a small plate restaurant, so we chose multiple dishes to share. We ordered the Sea Scallops, Basque Style snails, Foie Gras Torchon and Charred Octopus. The Foie Gras Torchon is delicious! But keep in mind it's literally one bite each. A bit steep price for a bite but I guess it is hard to find Foie Gras in Oklahoma. The Sea Scallops were prepared very well, and the potato chorizo hash were great to complement the dish. We also enjoyed the very flavorful charred octopus with the roped chorizo and fingerling potatoes.Unfortunately the snails did not hit the mark at all. We had snails in many places but these must have been the worse we had. The sauce is not to our taste at all. We typically savor snails like the traditional Escargot à la Bourguignonne with garlic and parsley sauce. Overall it was a good meal, Basque is a good addition to Tulsa, ideal for a special occasion.

Booked a reservation for a party if 12 for their wine pairing night - highly recommend! Everything from the food, wine & atmosphere were 10/10. Very accommodating with dietary restrictions (we had one gf & one no red meat). The service was 100/10, amazing, fantastic - best restaurant! Thank you Basque!
