Basecamp Coffee

Such an incredible place. Ambiance and service were a 10/10. The coffee is nutty, rich and smooth. They offer sandwiches, breakfast burritos, toast and fresh pastries. The prices are spot on. Alternative milks available for $1. Grab a punch card and your receipt so you have the WiFi code then sit and relax in one of their many seating spots.

Been here two times now, so thought I would drop a review. I like trying local coffee places and this one in a strip mall setting is not much from the outside but worth checking out as the inside is very spacious and welcoming. They try hard and make some nice custom espresso drinks hot and cold. I enjoyed my standard hot Americano to go but note that the lids are a little wonky so be careful that they are on snuggly before drinking. They decorate the place at various times of the year and I enjoyed the Harry Potter theming during halloween times. The workers are super friendly.

This was my first visit here and I really enjoyed it. The staff was nice and patient while I decided. I like that they carry local syrups and chocolates. They had a small selection of pastries but a nice menu of coffee, tea, and seasonal drinks. They also had breakfast bites that all sounded good. I tried a cold brew and ricotta toast with honey, almonds, and fig jam. It was delicious and made within minutes. The coffee shop is spacious with plenty of tables, although most are wood or metal, so not the comfiest. Prices were average but they do have a rewards program and student and a military discount. It was a nice and quiet atomsophere, so great for studying and work. No all day free wifi though. They give you a code with purchase for 2 hrs of wifi.

Basecamp is truly a wonderful authentic coffee shop you would expect to find in the Colorado mountains. Don't pass up this true gem. Coffee was great, people were better. Place is also super cool looking inside.

They have an interesting drink selection. Lots of different coffee flavors, limited types of tea, and some smoothies.The baked goods selection was very limited. They offered pumpkin bread and a gluten free version. I think they may be understaffed. I waited 30+ minutes for a pretty simple order and it was not very busy. I think they would benefit from telling customers if they should expect a long wait. The lady taking orders was very kind and the barista was apologetic but I do think they need more staff. The ambience was nice. It's a stylish cafe.

The atmosphere is very nice and this place has the potential to be a great coffee shop. The coffee however is another story. I came in to get a cappuccino and received one with burnt milk because of how hot the milk was steamed. There were black air bubbles on top of the drink and I couldn't carry the ceramic mug because of how scalding it was.

My friends and I came here the other week and were rudely told by the owner to quiet down. We got up and left due to her unprofessional approach to the situation. If she had asked us politely this would not have been an issue at all I understand sometimes a conversation can be disruptive, but now it is safe to say I will not be coming back.

I have had very unpleasant experiences at Basecamp. After going several times I had rude experiences with employees who were very short and changed their wifi to not be free so I stopped going in for those reasons. I had some friends recently ask to meet there which I did. After meeting them female owner of the shop was very rude and not accepting of the LGBT community. I have no problem with Christian establishments but it is clear that this one is one of exclution and rudeness which is super disheartening.

Nice sized coffee shop with plenty seating options including a patio out back. My milk + honey latte was a honey, vanilla, and cinnamon combo but not overly sweet which is just the way I like it. Knowledgeable & friendly service here both times we went.
