Nice little place. I just stopped in to buy a couple of T-shirts so I can't speak to the sales or service folks. But the couple of staff there seemed friendly enough. Very crappy weather so you wouldn't expect to see much sales or service activity anyway.They had a good selection in my size so I was happy. Highly unlikely I will ever be this way again.....

Excellent to work with, have purchased Honda 4 wheelers, motorcyclesand in the process of purchasing a Polaris RZR. Their prices beat anyone in ANY state, only place we go to purchase our adult toys.

Nice newish shop full of bikes and Harley stuff. They work on bikes and have used bikes for sale. Nice people working there

Customer service is non existent at this location. Was there 45 minutes and not one person spoke a word and when I went to counter to get assistance I had to interrupt a female doing homework...I was insulted and treated with such disrespect that I will go anywhere but this location!

Don't take your machine here for any work. Got mine back after 500 plus bill and it won't run correctly. Many of my plastic parts weren't bolted back on and were just loose. Taking it to another shop to be fixed correctly.

This place is all in when it comes to customers purchasing inventory, but have absolutely no concern when there is a problem with the inventory. We bought multiple ATV's at this place, and one would think that they would be willing to make a right after they incorrectly fixed a part on one of our ATV's and it caused enough damage we only drove it about 50 yards before it broke down again. The first time they had the ATV it was in the shop more than 6 months. When we took it back they had it another 6 weeks, and AGAIN it was doing the exact same thing. Decided to take the ATV to Tulsa Powersports and they explained that Bartlesville shop had broken the shift pin, which cost us several hundred dollars additional for them to repair. We took the broken parts to Bartlesville shop and the manager basically wrote us off and wouldn't give us the time of day. Customer service is absolutely non-existent and there is no way we would ever return there or advise anyone to go there.
