My car had been having problems for several months before I was able to get it to a repair shop. I called around several places and finally I found Quinn Chrysler in Bartlesville. Their head mechanic, Cody, promised they could get everything done that I needed fixed in 7-14 days maximum. (oil leak fixed, transmission slip, ticking from engine, and since it had 120,000 miles, timing belt and water pump replaced.) And all under our budget. We drop it off and pick up our loaner car in February.Week one, nothing has been done because a mechanic quit. The loaner car has problems of its own with electrical problems and a service soon light was on. But that isn't something they would fix. Week two, nothing has been done still, because they are short handed. I'm a little irritated at this point because my car has been on the back burner while other cars that came in after mine were given priority. So, I talk to Chuck, who is Cody's boss, to see what is going on. He says he will find out what is going on and get back to me. Week three, my car is always one bolt away from being done every time I call, so the mechanic and his boss said. I got a different story every time depending on who I talked to. Finally, I'm tired of that and I talk to Brandon, the service manager. Again, I am promised he will get to the bottom of what is really going on and will make sure things are done right. They fix the transmission, and say the ticking i was hearing was from a loose bolt in the bell housing. Next is the water pump, timing and oil change. At this point they tell me my head gasket is leaking and will be and extra thousand dollars, but I agree because I want my car to work. One day, they call and say my car is finished, so I leave work early and drive and hour to pick it up. When I arrive my car is still on the lift and obviously not ready. Another week or so passes and they swear my car is ready this time. I go to pick it up and pay almost three thousand in cash, and I get my key. When I get into it the knock is still there! The head of service department promised me they would take care of everything because it was their mistake, and I would not be liable for any costs. So, over the course of they next four weeks they replace the bearings, and head gasket again. It still knocks. At this point they suggest putting in a used, untested engine with more miles, after we had paid all that money in the first place for new parts. We would not be reimbursed and could potentially have all the same problems we started out with. When I refused the used engine, he said "I'm done trying to help you then!" and hung up the phone. This is when I have finally lost my cool, and I go all the way up the ladder to Mike Quinn. I tell him the whole story about how his staff had been lying to me about the progress of my car and all the attitude I have had to deal with along the way. So he said , don't worry I will make sure this is fixed. After a few more weeks they removed the oil pan and noticed metal shavings in the pan from what was probably my bearings. Why didn't they notice that the first time they had it off? So they ordered a new crankshaft, more bearings, pistons and rods, and a new gasket set. It is late April when my car is finally finished. I get a call to pick it up but first we need to discuss how I'm going to pay for the $3000 they just put into it. This wasn't supossed to cost me anything because the original work order had said everything was fixed and the repairs were on them. But Mike said he never intended to lose any money from the repair. I'm looking over my work orders and notice several purchases from O'Reileys, when they guaranteed every part would be original MOPAR brand. Some items were charged twice, when they only used one. And a complete piston ring set had been ordered when only one of four was replaced. The VERY day I pick my car up I make one stop in Bartlesville only to notice a massive puddle of fresh oil under my car. I immediately call the dealership back and Cody informed me there was no oil leak and there was absolutely no one there that could look at it. It now idles rough and the motor stalls when I reverse, it never did that before. I try calling back every week to make an appointment to get it back to the shop. But they never have a loaner to give me or no one answeres the phone. Five weeks go by before I get it to them and come to find out my oil pressure sensor is what is causing the leak, and they wanted $300 for an $11 part . and as far as the idle and stalling motor went, that would have to require testing that I had to pay for up front. I said no thanks and go back to Bartlesville again to pick it up.

I just wanted to thank these fine ladies & gentlemen for being so kind to my 80 yr. old deaf-mute mother. They were fantastic in meeting my expectations of a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. They made my mother and I feel at home with pizza, calzone's and cappuccinos. I am so glad that I finally listened to my mother and made my purchase in Bartlesville OK. Thanks again to Ken Adams, Jamie Baur & Helen Compton. Trina Sarabia-Coon

We will think twice about buying a vehicle from here. Service is terrible and they thought we were stupid when it came to our trade in vehicle. Taking advantage of people is not a very good trait.

This is the most horrible place.to take your vehicle to get repaired. We paid over 600 dollars for repairs and they had our vehicle collectively for about 4 weeks and it STILL isn't fixed!! DO JOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE OR BUY FROM THEM!!!

Awful service and service manager. Could not fix my 2012 Wrangler that was purchased from them. Service manager and his boss denied the issue? Took Jeep to another dealer out of town and was able to diagnose and order parts within an hour of looking at it.

Terrible service!!! Do not go here, drive to Tulsa instead! New shop owner has no idea what he's doing and their prices are through the roof! Their new and used car prices are not competitive at all and the selection is terrible. Stay away from this place!
