This is my local tag agency. I've been coming here probably for nine years. Back in 2020 I tried to get my real ID. I had to wait over four hours. The person working the counter gave me the hardest time. And then she didn't give me the real ID. Recently, my husband went to get his and he said it was an easy experience. He said there's no wait now because you check in and you leave your phone number and I'll text you when you can come back. So I decided to try again. I walked in there was no wait. Best of all I was in and out and under 20 minutes and they gave me my real ID this time.

They don't answer the phone anymore so you can't ask a general question. So who wants to drive to a business unnecessarily.

the lady decided to close the drivers license center 30 minutes early with zero reason given. so rude

This is the slowest and most rude tag agency I have ever been to. I have been going there for years, because it is the closest to my house. EVERY TIME they are rude. They spend more time putting silly model car and statues all over the place. How about work on your customer service? Finding a new place next time.

Arrived unannounced at 9:15. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Etta was incredible...so hospitable. Real ID made easy!

I've been to this agency 4 times now, as a new resident. They are absolutely phenomenal at doing everything they can to help you. The new check in system makes it even smoother. I live in Midtown but I don't care about the distance. 100% recommend!

Extremely unhelpful. Told me there was no such thing as getting a temporary ID, and that I had no option but to wait 60 days for my renewal to get mailed to my house. I called the Jenks Tag Agency and they said no problem, we can print you a temporary ID right away.

Best tag agency in my opinion! The girls are incredibly kind and positive, esp for 9am hahaThe lady at the desk on the left in the drivers license area at ~9:30 am helped me and she was very sweet and fun. She even helped me get my forehead grease to stop showing up in my picture
