I go to Caney, Kansas annually to visit my brother, who is in a facility, and stay about a week. Traveling alone, I usually stay at a hotel or Airbnb. But this year, my significant other decided at the last minute to join me. While separately searching, we both found this gem, BarDew Valley Inn! And what a find it was! The owner, Perry, was exceptionally accommodating to us and the other guests. Our room, New Orleans, was absolutely stunning! The daily 9 am breakfasts were prepared with care and incredibly scrumptious. The house was beautiful and nightly movie nights in the Theater always the best way to top off the day. Thank you Perry for an extraordinary experience.

This place was fantastic! From the time we parked our car our host Perry was helpful and kind! He showed us to our room which had a beautiful, rustic western motif and explained all the light switches and showed us around.the room was super clean and beautifully laid out. It was very luxiourious! At 8:45am I woke up to a fantastic breakfast of fresh Waffles with berries and cinnamon sliced apples, sausage and a fresh fruit cup with granola and a glass of juice. It was amazing!! I absolutely loved this place and hope to make it back someday!!

Perry is a wonderful, sociable, hospitable innkeeper!BarDew Valley Inn is about 7-8 miles outside the Bartlesville city limits, about 45 minutes north of Tulsa and near the pioneer woman headquarters, for those who are into that. There are several themed suites. I stayed in the New York suite, which was a cleaner, more modern feel with several NYC motifs. There is also a New Orleans suite, a cowboy suite, and a French suite. He is currently working on an Asian themed suite. Each suite has its own bath and private entrance, as well as patio space to enjoy the evenings. There is wooded space and a pond out front with sitting areas. Very quiet and on a dead end, so no traffic. The rooms have comfy beds, wonderful, luxurious bedding, and a mattress warmer, which I loved! Each room has a refrigerator and Perry supplies bottled water, a keurig, coffee pods, glasses/cups, an ice bucket, extra blankets. A booklet with info on local restaurants and attractions. Everything you'd need! While I stayed here for work and kept to myself, Perry checked in with me often to make sure I didn't need anything. Other guests used the common areas more, like the movie room/game room and the kitchen. One night Perry built a fire in the fire pit. It would be a great place for people who want to socialize and meet new folks. Perry also makes breakfast every morning. I had to start work very early, so didn't partake, but other guests have raved about it.Perry really does open his home up to everyone and is very gregarious and gracious. It would be a great getaway for anyone wanting to explore the area. My suite was 139 a night, a great value.

My husband surprised me for our Anniversary to stay at the BarDew Valley Inn. This Bed and breakfast is an awesome getaway that has 4 different themed rooms to choose from. We stayed in the New Orleans room which was beautiful, looked like New Orleans. It is a very clean, and comfortable Inn. There is a smartphone charging station on the side table which was great for both of our phones and Apple Watches. Free high speed Wifi. The big ceiling fan had a remote to turn the fan and light off or on from the bed. The bed was very comfortable, the room has a big shower with many different shower heads. The owner is very personable, made our complimentary breakfast however we wanted it. Coffee was ready for us at 8 a.m with breakfast to follow. Each room has their own private patio. The grounds are gorgeous! You can take a walk by the good sized pond, sit in the gazebo or just stroll on the property, which has many trees and foliage. I truly cannot say enough about this place, we will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or just a place to go to when you need to relax.

Another GREAT stay with Perry in his beautiful B&B. What a beautiful, quiet place! Perry is soo very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you could need. We come to town for a car show, so we don't have as much time to enjoy all of the awesome amenities he has to share. But it is very peaceful and relaxing when we come back after the show to just sit and relax on the private patio. We love it there so much we already have reservations for next year, which will be our 3rd stay..

My husband and I stayed here while traveling from Kansas to Arkansas visiting family. We had an awesome time with our 2 Yorkies. Perry welcomed them and made them feel at home so we could explore the area without worry. The room was comfortable with all the amenities including individual mattress warmers, outdoor access from your room for your dogs, Kurig coffee pot, a delicious breakfast and plenty of cozy seating throughout the house in a picture perfect setting. We enjoyed reading our books outside on the patio overlooking the pond. I would highly recommend staying here. It's a vacation in and of itself!

My daughter and I stayed overnight at the charming BarDew Valley Inn. It was a wonderful experience. The Inn is located in a lovely, scenic setting. Truly spectacular inside and out. The owner, Perry, was so welcoming. He has created an amazing space that will suit anyone's needs. We were in the Cowboy room. It was the perfect ending to our day spent exploring nearby Pawhuska. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and also the company of Perry's sweet dog, Sadie. We would absolutely return if we're ever in the area again!

We happened upon this place from the pioneer woman's website on places to stay near by. It did NOT disappoint. We had a late arrival, because of the long drive up on Friday night. The BNB hosts were so friendly and helpful. We took a tour of the grounds with the host, had an amazing breakfast, and chewed the fat like distant relatives. The rooms were all themed and beautiful. The attention to detail for decor, and everything else, was top notch. We'll definitely make this a return spot in the months, and years to come. Thank you for a great experience!
