Warranty information and them saying not worth fixing

If I could give them a zero I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ! We bought a brand new Stihl chainsaw and here are the issues and so called resolutions. Week 1 approx 2 hrs of use: Issues starting , then pull cord broke. Chain dulled quickly. BA Lawn resolution- charged us labor to replace the cord and said the wood we cut is too hard and accused us of cutting rock or steel. We bought a new chain. Week 2 approx 4 hrs of use: Saw stopped running. BA Lawn resolution - charged us for a new plug. Week 3 approx 5 hrs of use. Saw stopped running again. I had to leave it there for over a week. BA Lawn diagnosis/resolution - they said the plug was loose. Charged diagnostic fee and tried to give it back to me. I said no, I asked that they diagnose why plugs are fouling. They called me back a few hours later and said the chainsaw had burnt up a piston. They accused us of running saw without oil. ( We purchased a six pack of oil from them upon purchase) we use many other pieces of lawn equipment that use the same fuel/oil combo with no problems. They refused to work with us in any way. They even had the nerve to ask if we wanted to take the chainsaw back home?? Bad customer and mechanical service along with a troubled product. EXTREMELY bad experience all the way around.

10 Stars! Best customer service experience I've had in years. After researching sub compact tractors; Kioti easily wins with their side by side directional pedals. I love my new Kioti. But the stellar customer service provided by Jonathan was nothing short of outstanding. I drove from 3 states away to pick up my new Kioti from BA Lawn and Garden. They hammered the price: beating every dealer my 4 state area, A super buy with professional business practices and just hands-down personal service from Jonathan. We were loaded and on our way in 10 minutes. I doubt I will ever need another acreage tractor : but if I did I would make the drive again. At the recommendation of a lawn maintenance business owner, I drove the half hour to BA Lawn & Garden, passing quite a few other equipment dealers, with skepticism. "I'm going to get fleeced;" "I don't have a clue what I need;" "why don't I just hire a service!" You've undoubtedly surmised by my 5 Yelp stars that my doubt was unfounded and that I left as a VIP lifetime customer. It was a busy spring morning and my sister and I were welcomed and allowed to check things out a bit without pressure. When we were ready for help, the owner took all the time needed to guide us to the best equipment for our needs and budget. He discussed pros/cons of each and helped brainstorm ways to make the mower work for special circumstances. The mower was delivered two days later with a lesson on how to operate it (I've never mowed a lawn much less driven a zero turn mower!) I can't say enough great things about my experience at BA L&G in Broken Arrow and will be back to buy another piece of equipment I know nothing about soon!

I brought in my Gravely zero turn for tune up, some tire leaks and wanted an overall check on my belts and steering. I received a call that it would be over $400 to take care of several issues. Initially I was pleased with the work done. When cutting my lawn this weekend, I lost control of the mower and slid down a hill in to my fence. The reason I lost control is the powertrain belt which controls the steering and wheels broke. When I found the pieces of the belt, it was obvious the belt was in bad condition. I went in today to show the belt and understand why it was not changed and what could be done about it. When speaking to a woman at the counter, I expressed numerous times how disappointed I was that the belt was not replaced while under service. I was unable to bring the mower in to the shop as it is stranded in my backyard with no way to retrieve it as I can't get my car back to it. I asked her what the next step was in fixing mower and her response was I guess you need to buy a belt and change it. I told her the real disappointing thing is now I need to remove the belt BA Lawn installed and jack it up etc. I don't recall hearing any apology or acknowledgement of any short comings on BA lawn's part. I had to rent a trailer to bring the mower in to pick up and drop off, it's a real ordeal for me even when I could drive the zero turn on to a trailer. With the trailer rental and the repairs I spent over $500 to bring it fixed and I certainly expected a better response from their service department. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's a question as to how you respond that reveals your true character.I was going to buy a small mower for my daughter's new house from there and had spoken to the owner about what to get her, but I'll pass on that and steer clear of BA Lawn and Garden.

I brought in my 77 year old dads Honda lawnmower for him. It was under warranty. I had already talked to Honda on the phone and they told me the problem was covered under warranty and also a known problem with this lawnmower. The customer service lady at BA LAWN AND GARDEN only wanted to argue with me and pretty much tell me the lawnmower was probably neglected and wasn't sure it would be covered under warranty. Keep in mind the lawnmower had only been used by my dad a handful of times and was in mint condition. Not even any dirt on it. You might get a fair deal on something here but mark my words, you'll regret going in for service. Avoid this place. I was previously warned by a friend not to go here. Don't be dumb like me.

I bought a brand new toro mower 9/7/2022. It came with a 2 year warranty. Been in a couple times because it wouldn't start and they fixed it under warranty. I brought it in for the same issue two weeks ago and they tell me the engine is toast and it's not worth fixing. They won't stand by the warranty that came with the machine. So now I'm out $1000 and a mower! Do not buy anything from there!

well short story , i bought new tractor and filters to do service , and when i did maintenance , i found that two filters were wrong for my tractor model when i contacted them for exchanging the parts for correct ones , and i was ignored for 4 weeks and still no resolution , I paid over 40k for new tractor and they couldn't do anything for $200 dollar set of filters ...save your money and shop else where

I went to get my Honda Mower fixed it needed a new pull starter and bolts that hold the engine cover down. They were very fast to get my parts, the lady at the desk was very nice. The Service was amazing they have some awesome deals there. My parts only costed around 35-40 dollars and they were very nice genuine Honda parts. I definitely recommend this place very nice service and awesome deals!

Called first thing in the morning for a hydro gear seal. I was greeted by a very angry woman named Janet who seemed very annoyed I didn't have the specific number she needed. I told her I would need to go look and she just slammed the phone down and hung up. I called back with the part number and she couldn't get a simple seal kit for over a week. I asked if she could give me the part number she was looking at and she LOST her mind about sharing that information with me. Like it's top secret. I'm in a bind and have used this place several times in the past but not any more. They act like they were gonna go broke over me buying a $50 seal kit from the guy down the road. Which is actually a $29 seal kit online. I don't mind paying more for customer service and supporting local but I will never step foot back in that place. I talked to Janet's manager and he confirmed that they "don't give part numbers" WHAT? One call to the guy down the road at Smiths lawn and Garden and they have me fixed up. They even apologized for the Lady at BA lawn and garden being a Richard. Have the day you deserve Janet, and here is that review I promised!

We purchased a piece of ride on equipment from BA Lawn earlier this year. We read the reviews and thought there was no way it could be as bad as everyone says. Our experience with them has been horrific. Our equipment has been in and out of the shop since we purchased it. When we called to schedule another repair, they told us they were tired of hearing from us. The equipment we purchased from them costed well over 10k and has not worked since the day we purchased it, however, they refuse to replace it or let us return the item. Do not ignore all these red flags. Do not purchase a thing from these crooks.
