I needed service and inquired if this Sheridan location was the same place that my husband had been for service. My husband's engine broke after service because the mechanic had put a wrong piece on. The mechanic was fired but nothing was done to help my husband! It cost him hundreds! When I learned it was the same business I asked the owner if he would stand behind any work he did on my vehicle and he basically ordered me out! He refused to answer my questions that I calmly asked. I told him his attitude was unprofessional and I left. If we had the money we would have sued.

absolutely phenomenal customer service!someone cut my catalytic converter out of my car and my general mechanic referred me here, thankfully!i called around to several muffler shops, and this one won not only because they quoted me the lowest price, but because they were the quickest to answer. also, they promised to have it done in less than 6 hours.yup- less than an hour after getting it towed over, my car was finished, and for even cheaper than the quoted price! i couldn't get there until after 5 because of my work schedule, but the guys were nice enough to wait for me.would TOTALLY recommend them to anyone!

Called for a quote yesterday on brake pad and rotor replacement. This place had the best price of the 5 I called. When I dropped my car off this morning both gentlemen were friendly and straightforward. I needed same day service and they called to let me know when it was done. They charged exactly what was quoted and didn't push any extra work on me at all which is rare for auto repairs! I will definitely be back to work with them again.

My car's exhaust pipe heat cover was missing one bolt and was making a loud rattling sound every time I drove. I went as soon as they opened at 7:30 to have them look at it and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The guy at the front desk (forgot his name) was so nice and welcoming. I believe they have a minimum charge for racking your car up and that's all I was charged. The dealership was going to charge me for replacing the whole part but these guys fixed it with no problem at all! 10/10 recommend

Moved here a couple years ago and stressed about finding a good shop. Found this place and feel like I've found that good small town mechanic that can do it all. Have taken both of our vehicles here, received fast service, fair rates, and excellent work.

I read that one review and I wonder. I'm a single mom and I feel so blessd that I found B&S Muffler. They are honest and very reasonable. They show me what I need and help me understand why I need it on my car and even suggest to me what to do in what order if there is several things that need fixed. I send all my friends there and never never had a bad experience. I give them an A+

DO NOT EVEN GO HERE. The radiator on my Hyundai busted and we took it to them for repair. They also said a wheel bearing was locked up and that combined with the radiator would be about $800. When I picked up my car the next day, there was a VERY loud sound coming from the front left under the hood. I drove it right back, they were obviously closing up for the weekend. COULDN'T be bothered, and told me to bring it back by Monday. Who treats you like this after taking $800 from you? About three miles down the road, steam was coming from under my hood and my car was overheating. I had to drive it to St Francis parking lot and get it towed back to the closed down shop and wait all weekend, my car just sitting in the parking lot. They were completely unapologetic and arrogant Monday but fixed the problem, which wasn't much consolation as for $800 it should have been done right the first time, not to mention having to ask for rides around the entire weekend. I'm a very friendly person, but this was infuriating. Definitely go somewhere else, these guys are very careless with cars.
