Bunch of liars here. Don't waste your time, bought a 2011 Mazda in 2015, 80,000 miles. The guy there deliberately tells me, "Oh a woman was the first driver so everything is great with it, recently replaced wheels and everything". Now mind you, he charged me a little bit more than list price and wouldn't budge. So anyways, 3,000 miles later I go to change my oil and see if I need my tires rotated. Dealership checks out the car and is amazed that I even got as far as I did with it. All four tires are busted on the inside tread, about to pop. All brake pads grinded down almost nonexistent. Need a strut up front replaced and a belt as well. Now I realize that I should have watched out for some of this but I'm new to buying cars so didn't have mind to. The fact that he looked me in the eye and smiled and lied his head off is unacceptable, and they've left me with an additional about 900 dollars in repairs. I'll say it again don't waste your time here, no honesty to be found.

While in Tulsa, I worked with Doug to purchase a car. He did a great job and we highly recommend him. The price was fair and the car still runs great. We believe that we were treated fairly and will buy our next car from Doug when the time comes.

My wife and I purchased a truck from Doug Lucas at this location in March of this year. We drove 650 miles one way to come pick it up due to its condition and rarity. After inspecting the vehicle, it checked out to be everything Doug said it would be. We have not had a lick of problems with it since taking it home and appreciate doing business with such honest people. Thanks!

I bought a used Cadillac from this dealer and there was some damage to the bottom of the drivers side door that wasn't disclosed. The previous owner must have opened the door into a high curb and then got in the car, which ultimately bent the fender as well; so the door doesn't line up well with the front fender. I didn't notice it until I drove the car all the way home to Dallas. It will cost me $750 to fix it. Had I known about the damage I would have negotiated a lower price to compensate for it. When I called the salesman about it, he made it out like the damage wasn't there when I bought the car, which is an outright lie. It is my own fault for not noticing this damage but beware of this dealers deceptive sales practices.

We bought a 2011 F150 that appeared to be in nice condition. The purchasing process was very smooth and I was optimistic about my purchase. This happened in October and I STILL do not have a title. The truck has been an absolute nightmare. I've had to replace the springs, struts, upper control arms, outer tie rods, lower ball joints, the drivers side rear electrical harness, and now it needs new CV axles and it doesn't idle correctly. It's a complete lemon but hey, at least they're finally saying I'll get the title so we can attempt to get rid of it.

Drove all the way from Wichita after Len had worked with my wife and I to facilitate our budget. These are great guys, and I would 100% recommend this business. While we were there a woman was wanting to trade in her car because of an issue. They offered to take it to a shop for free, and find out exactly what the issue was, as they believed it wasn't as bad as she had thought. It may have costed them a sale but it was the right thing to do... again, highly recommend.
