Hands down best audio company around. I am about to have my third vehicle worked on and my mom also had them install a new stereo in her vintage Corvette when no one else would help her. They have always been honest and listened to what I wanted while giving me all my options, low to high, and never pushed me to "spend" more. They even ran into a snag with wiring on my last truck but didn't charge me anything extra and stayed late to make sure it was done the same day like they had promised it would be. I will never go anywhere else!

This place is a complete fucking joke. The owner was rude and to top it off I came in 3 times trying to have my intoxalock device installed properly... it never was and he point blank told me since my vehicle was so new they didn't know how. It was installed WRONG and I took it to Enid and they fixed it in no time. This place hooked up my intoxalock to my navigation power line instead of my actual power line. So the whole time it was "installed" by them I had warning messages and a lockout countdown. I had to go back and get a refund since I went to Enid and got it taken off, and completely put back on the right way. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE. It's worth the extra 15 mins or however long to just go to Enid and have it done RIGHT the first time.

I purchased by 2nd TV from Audio Midwest and I am so glad I used them. Rob is who I purchased the TV through. He really knows his stuff and his techs do a great job. I know that if I have a problem I can go back and talk to him or his crew. Can you do that at the big box store? Actually price wise they did a good job of keeping up with the big box store. Remember they want to sell you the cheap TV's Audio Midwest sells you quality equipment. It is good to be able to trust a company to do a great job. A++++ for Audio Midwest

Sorry to disappoint, but the guys at my local Ford dealer can tell the door seals are 100% in tact and in great condition. Maybe you should just own up to your bad work.

They have worked with me even though I didn't know what I really wanted, installed a a new radio and I changed my mind a month later and they credited me for it and installed an alpine ilx-509 2 months later I went back asking to have them change out amp and all speaker, I didn't like the sound and talked with them they listened and explained everything setup a time to check it out they they made a few adjustments and corrected a problem with my cell phone connection to car play it now sounds great, I have an appointment to have amp and subwoofer installed next.I recommended them to a friend and they installed a backup camera and they worked with them to understand how it worked and how the controls are different from original but works great.Would recommend but take your time to ask questions and listen and look it up there is a lot going on with all the new stuff on the market and they do care.

I am usually not the type to leave a bad review but man my experience with these guys were horrible. Super unhelpful, rude and didn't care about their customers at all. The guy at the front acts like he doesn't want anyone's business and acts super rude. Definitely don't recommend taking your projects here.

Walked in and asked about Klipsch home theater speakers and the staff said they've never heard of them. Probably some of the most iconic and recognizable high-end home theater speakers out there and they've never heard of them. Betrays a lack of knowledge in my opinion, wouldn't trust these guys with anything home theater.

Been a long time customer of Audio Midwest. They have always helped find the best sounding equipment for my budget. Many of the brands they carry, you'd expect to find in a boutique store. Much higher quality and tighter tolerances than big box store junk, with the same "label." Rob knows his stuff.

I had a TV installed in my motor home a couple of years ago. They figured out how to secure it so that it wouldn't fall out as it was smaller than the built-in space where it needed to go. This year, they installed still another TV in my motor home. They found a TV which was reasonably close to the built-in space and figured out how to install this one so that it wouldn't fall out as I'm going down the road.I have just bought a cell phone booster and 2 dashcams -- one for the car and one for the motorhome. They are installing them tomorrow. Instead of having to move the motor home to their site, they have come to me. This means a lot when you have to put everything up just to move the coach. I live in the coach full time, and it a blessing when a dealer will come to you instead of having to move.I waited until I got here to have the 2d TV, cell phone booster and dashcams put in because I wanted to have someone do the work who knew what they were doing. I am most satisfied with the work that they do and would recommend them to anyone but especially to anyone who needs electronic equipment installed in a motor home or other RV.

1. For starters, I left an honest review and they deleted immediately probably because they realized it was true. 2. When I called on the phone and asked simple questions about my car (makes sense considering I was about to take it to their shop and give them business, if I was an expert on audio in cars I could do it myself) they made me feel like an imbecile. The man on the phone thinks that he is superior to just about everyone. New flash you live in Stillwater, Oklahoma and you work at an audio shop. I'm not bashing on people who work in service jobs, but if I receive bad customer service and someone who is extremely arrogant, then sure. Just to clarify I'm not asking for everyone to be nice all the time, I'm aware that that is completely unrealistic and everyone has bad days. But if you work at a business where your success depends a lot on customer service, you should be able to at least fake common courtesy. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
