I purchased a $70k Porsche 911 (used) from here. As I am an out of state buyer I relied on the sales team to give me a fair description of the vehicle before viewing it. It was described verbally as being in "near perfect condition" and again via email as having "barely any blemishes on it".When I arrived to collect and pay for the vehicle I immediately noticed a dent on the front bumper, further inspection also uncovered a (more significant) dent on theside sill directly behind the front wheel well on the passenger side of the vehicle. When I pointed this out the Sales Manager became enraged and aggressive and I had to calm him down - Hugely unprofessional behaviour.Regardless, as part of the sale Audi Tulsa agreed to cover the cost of repairing this damage and I received a signed commitment to do this as part of the sales documentation.I obtained a fair quote for the work from a Caliber Collision and even negotiated a discount on the work but they are now refusing to pay for the work and have instead offered to "contribute" just $200 to the $2,870.03 repair bill.Do not trust this company they will lie to you to close the deal and not follow through on their promises - Avoid at all costs.

Great service, fast and courteous!! They gave me a great Q5 loaner and I was really bummed when the service was completed in only an hour or so... because I wanted to zip around in the loaner. These guys could teach other dealerships a thing or two about customer service- A+!! This is my new Audi dealership!

Joe the manger is aggressive and rude...they changed there pricing overnight on an 2016 Audi A3 from $17,351 to $18,591 after we told them we were interested in the vehicle the night before...Brian Whitt was our salesman and he was fine but the manager Joe stated that he has a right to raise the price at any time as he sees fit!! He first ignored that the price was actually raised overnight and then stated that the price raise was due to them replacing a bumper; of which, he said only cost $600 to replace! So from $17,351 to $18,591? That's about double what he said the replacement charge was!! Btw the bumper was not yet replaced when he hiked up the price!! He then attempted to offer us a deal at $18,000 With the number bumper replaced!! This was a classic bait and switch if I ever seen one...Audi of Tulsa needs to redefine the word Integrity!!

They serviced my 2011 A3 that I had bought in Dallas from the day I moved it to Tulsa as if it was one of their own. Made me feel as I had always been a part of the family. Great dealership! Very knowledgeable and responsive. Went in to look at a new Audi and get a quote for my trade-in. They came back with very good numbers on both the trade-in and the new car. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the car due to other circumstances not their fault. They were very understanding and extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction.I would highly recommend you ask for Perry in sales. Although he's relatively new, he was able to answer all my questions and/or get someone who could. No sales pressure here... a pleasant experience all around!
