1)Store is clean. 2) The fried food offering is full and operational. 3) If you want anything off of the Lucille's menu, that is not prepared, don't wast their time or yours, that are not going to any trouble to help you. 4) While I realize that employees are very hard to get and to keep right now, is it too much to ask for just a smile? Please train people to offer customer service.
