I experienced the unfortunate loss of my beautiful wife and and needed a beautiful arrangement to compliment the urn with her cremains. I called this florist and spoke to a very nice lady (Ms. Terry) just at closing time 2 days before our celebration of life. I told her that I would be in the next day. The next day I arrived at the shop and was greeted by a gentleman who attempted to assist me. Shortly thereafter, a gentle voice came from the rear-saying "you are the gentleman who called yesterday. " indeed I was. It was Ms. Terry. She helped me selecting/creating a beautiful arrangement. The work by this florist drew compliments from our entire family. Ms. Terry selected colors that matched and complimented both my wife's urn and framed picture. Needless to say, I will use Arrow for all our future family needs.

I got this arrangement for a friend who was getting a procedure and they received it at 9am before the procedure that day. I was surprised they came so early but they were beautiful and all the flowers were fresh and none of them were dying. It wasn't as full as the picture on the website but it was still a beautiful arrangement. Would definitely order from them again!

I found this florist through Yelp. I called from California to order a special get well bouquet for my sister. I flew in to take care of her and stopped by the florist to pick up the arrangement and was absolutely delighted with the beautiful basket of flowers! They were ready when I arrived. And the lovely lady who made the arrangement came out to greet me when I came in. My sister loved the flowers and I took this picture 4 days after I picked them up and you can see that nothing is wilted. Every variety looks perfectly fresh. She did such a beautiful job and happily accommodated me when I asked if she could add in a few extra jumbo roses. I love that she even made the back of the bouquet look good. It's hard to order flowers from out of state. And flowers aren't cheap. But These were absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend them!!

I needed a couple of beautiful arrangements and a plant for my best friend and her mom. I ordered online, everything seemed to have a fair price. It was very easy to order online, put in my note and everything there. I received a call as soon as they opened telling me they were out of a particular vase and plant. I told her what I was looking for and she was very helpful and receptive, giving me several options. She was very professional and kind! My friend sent me pictures after the same day delivery and I could not be more thrilled with the flowers and plant. The two arrangements turned out exactly like I pictured and the plant is healthy looking and beautiful. I would 100% recommended this business to anyone!!!

I've been using Arrow Flowers for at least 10 years to send arrangements to my parents and I have always been very happy with both the flowers and Arrow's customer service. Recently, there was a problem with the arrangement I had sent to my mom for Mother's Day. When I called to find out what happened, the owner of the business apologized and made it right by sending a new arrangement to my mom. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes and I appreciate that she was willing to fix this on the spot. I will definitely continue to use Arrow Flowers in the future.

I live in Santa Monica and called here to order flowers for my cousin in Tulsa, who just had a baby. It is Friday, and when I asked what the earliest delivery would be, the girl who helped me said Monday, because they're "too busy." Bad customer service, but I said fine, because they had cute arrangements on their website and it's not an emergency. When I asked for a specific arrangement that they offered on the website, she said they didn't have "most of the flowers in it, so it would have to be designer's choice." She didn't give me substitution options and was short. When I was on the website, I was able to order that exact arrangement for delivery tomorrow, which makes me wonder what would have resulted had I placed the order and not called to verify anything. I ended up calling Tulsa Blossom Shoppe and had the loveliest experience. Not wasting my time here again.

I have been using Arrow Flowers for years. This was the first time I ordered from there web site. I ordered a get well bouquet for my mother. Her flowers were delivered the same morning that I ordered them and they far exceeded the sample bouquet that was pictured on there site! My mother LOVED them. Once again Arrow Flowers and Gifts didn't let me down.

I have been to Arrow flowers several times. They are always welcoming and friendly. I always show up out if the blue and even when they have a lot going on they are alway on top if my request with fast and friendly service.
