Arena Pub and Grill

This is such a great place for drinks and eats before a concert. The prices may be high, but the staff is super friendly and you only have to cross the street to get to the BOK.

I've been to hundreds of pubs and restaurants in 30 years of traveling and this fits into the most mediocre category of them all. Cold wings. Tasteless burgers. Overpriced, small pour drinks. Limp service. Basically after you've paid your bill and walk out, you regret ever walking in. Avoid at all costs.

To be honest, we came here out of desperation: somewhere open late at night upon checking into the neighboring hotel. Food was average. They were out of my first two drinks of choice. Service was fine, but there's not a lot to say beyond that. Weird thing, though. When we left it seemed they were locking up, though the people working there were partying and the hours suggested they weren't closed yet. I strongly suspect that the employees get rid of customers as soon as possible and hold their OWN happy hours.

We went there before a game at BOK. very limited menu. Two drinks on the entire menu. We never got silverware, when I ask for a napkin I didn't get one till we were done eating. We orders wings they were 6 TINY wings and $16. The waitress were nice but had to be new or didn't know what they were doing. Overall a bad experience. There are so many other amazing restaurants in Tulsa to try.

OU Texas weekend and needed a place to watch the game, the new Arena Pub and Grill was on my list to try. Nice atmosphere in the upscale industrial style that is popular now. Odd layout but worked for us using the bar to setup two separate seating areas plus an outside area. This probably works great for their live entertainment nights.Interesting menu including their own in house pizzas. Not a pizza fun so had an Italian sausage calzone...excellent with generous portions of meat and cheese. Toasted and not doughy like some you get today. Andra had a veggie burger that was better than most that came with the best French fries we have seen in a long time.We will be back and would recommend the Arena to everyone.PS...excellent location to the BOK and a couple of downtown hotelsPSS...and yes OU did come back and win...

Came for the Eric Church concert, service was slow and when we received our food but we didn't dare send it back as we had a concert to go to. The check was horrible, they took our names and said 45 minutes for inside, finally called our names and said it was outside in 40 degree weather, told them "no we wanted inside" hostess replied then we will have to put you back on the list and it will another 45 minutes, won't be back

Says it's open til 2 so we had our uber dropUs off. Unofrtunately; it closed at 10:30, which cost us money.

I've been a part of the service industry forever. I've seen good. I've seen awful. Hell, I've been a part of both. So when I travel now, I'm always curious as to what kind of service I'll run into. I say SERVICE because that is what matters most to me. How am I being treated? How are my dining needs being met? Am cattle moving through, or am I recognized as a valued customer? Rarely do I ever stop to leave a review... But not today.Forget some of those other reviews up there. If you are dining in a place that sits directly next to an arena and it happens to be the night of an event, have the sensibility to know what the staff may be working through... (come on, people!)So as for my visit to the Arena Pub & Grill today, I couldn't have been more pleased. I was alone, so I sat at the bar. Janera was the bartender/server on duty. First off... amazing. Friendly, informative on the menu and suggested specific items based on what I said I liked. Food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Food was hot, Beer was cold! She allowed me to make light small talk with her while I ate my meal, and made me feel valued. Value, folks. This is something that your mass chain restaurants routinely fail to deliver upon.Great job, Janera! You make a difference. Great job, Arena P&G! You'll be on my 'make sure to hit it when in town' list!

Ate there before a concert as it was close and had decent reviews. Wait staff was awesome, it was busy and they were slammed. Our server was great, she got multiple tables at once and was able to stay caught up with drinks and anything people needed. On the other hand the food was horrible. I ordered a burger and onion rings. Onion rings were your normal onion rings, but the burger was awful, McDonald's is better than what you would get here. It was a plain frozen patty with zero flavor, wilted lettuce, no sauce, sad tomato and pickles. My friend ordered the macaroni and cheese and that was just some spiral noodles in yellow looking water, they would do better serving the Kraft out of a box. The prices are ridiculous for the sad portions and such low quality of food. Save your money and just eat at the BOK and at least have some flavor to your food.

Keep in mind it was the night of a concert next door at the BOK. We walked in and put our names on the list, proceeded to see lots of people come in and do the same. It got to us in the list to be seated and the other people behind us started complaining it was taking too long and sat them at our seat two different times. We finally get sat at a table for two with a party of four. We went to the bar to get drinks while we waited. The bartender gave my credit card to another customer and the fat tire on tap smelled like moldy cheese and tasted worse. The food came out quick and was good even though two of the four meals were a little wrong. I bet this place is fine on a night that's not so packed but you think they would prepare for being packed since they are next door to the BOK. IF YOU COME TO TULSA ON A BUSY NIGHT DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT.
